Le personnel était très agréable. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde qui séjournait das cet hôtel, nous avons pu bénéficier d'une privatisation du sauna/hamam. Le design de l'hôtel est très beau également. Petit-déjeuner un peu juste et chambre trop petite. |

l'hotel è molto bello e curato nei minimi particolari peccato la moquette nelle stanze che sono nuove e di grande arredamento .Ci sono gli accappattoi e tutta la biancheria di Bellora quindi di pregio e i prodotti del bagno quali bagno schiuma shampoo crema molto buoni insomma l'hotel è curatissimo e motlo bello. La colazione continentale molto buona e abbondante. Il personale del'hotel non lo ritengo adeguato alla classe dell'hotel sono gentili ma non professionali. L'ascensore spesso era bloccato insomma per 200 euro a notte si poteva dare qualcosa in più sui servizi e personale che troppo spesso non è professonale negli hotel italiani anche di lusso. |

Le spa n était pas ouvert on ne le savait pas sinon on aurait choisi un autre hotel plus près du centre pour un même prix on était vraiment déçu |

地下鉄駅からちょっと遠い。ジュニアスイートであったが浴室はせまくてシャワーのみ。改装直後のため非常に- 部屋はきれいであった。スパは予約制となっているので予約していったが、大勢の意利用者がいて面食らった。- 朝食はおいしい。 |

Очень красивый, дизайнерский отель. Одноместный номер очень маленький. Вида из окна нет. Но это не повод не останавливаться там:) |

Le design/confort des chambres et de l'hotel en général. Très agréable. Les hotels design à Rome sont rares. Le service est inexistant (room service injoignable, pas de pc à dispo, wifi pas signalé, télé qui fonctionne mal, etc) et le personnel pas au courant des offres de son site internet ! |

Hotel is in september 2008 geopend. Designed zoals dat alleen in Italië kan. Lekker over de top, "gordonstyle". Het ligt midden in de diplomatenwijk waar de mooiste shops zijn. De kamer wordt meerdere keren per dag opgeruimd Aanloopproblemen; vooral facilitair. De verwarming in de kamer stond op 24 en was niet te verlagen,ook niet door de technische dienst. Het welnesscenter was nog niet geopend. Het restaurant 's avonds ook niet. |
