Very freindly staff, large room, very good breakfast, clean and quite. good value for money Good connection to city by train if you don't mind a little walking 10 min. to station, it is inconvenient when rainning. Shops and supper markets a bit far out. Shuttle connection to the Fair was good, but stopped at the last two days. You will be ok if you have a car. |

The building next to the hotel was occupied by immigrants and I felt that my sercurity was at risk but I do not feel the hotel did enough on this matter and did not offer any reduction to compensate for having to stay in my room |

friendly helpful staff, spacious room. hot breakfast was poor quality, though continental was ok. rates were high because of local shows and exhibitions, this made 2 of the 3 nights poor value for the standard of hotel. the third night was "normal" rate and value ok for standard. taxi's charge customers to come to the hotel and pick up - meter is running for 10 euros before it gets there. |

Both parties were upgraded to larger rooms on the 6th floor. Although this is a smoking floor the hotel had just finished renovating the whole floor and we were the first people to occupy our rooms. Staff very pleasant and friendly. We ate four evening meals in the hotel - three were very good and one was very disappointing. Overall rating very good. |

Big, clean rooms, ease of access from the motorway, quiet area during the weekend. The restaurant staff was a little un-friendly. At 9.45 they pretended they have no more food as they were preparing to close the breakfast at 10.00. |
