There is no free internet service in the room

Free transfer to the fair by bus, easy access from the higway, good breakfast, big rooms.

It was available and they put on a free shuttle to the show

The price because of the furniture fair was horrendous Because of this value for money was shocking The room was nice but the hotel decor was very dated and in need of an overhaul The location is near the metro but miles from the city or anything. Nowhere else close to eat out etc

Good hotel love to come again .

The room is big and the breakfast is various to choose.

The Metro is a little far from the hotel. Partly Incorrect description on the website.

Location and privacy

The hotel looks dirty and delapidated, i've stayed there many times over the last few years and I think its about time they updated the rooms, ie:beds and bedding, the tv'sand channels available.

The location is in an abandoned industrial park, the mattress had holes in it, there is no easy access to public transportation,,,a dump.

No shampoo in the bath

I liked the stuff and the assistane that they provided when I had to bring another person into my room at 1:00 am.

The hotel is very old, it is hard to explain even how old it. I would give som examples. All the carpets in the hotel are durty and lost their color. Bath is peeling off (and I got a huge business doube room) and durty because of its time. No normal shower head just something like a faucet. The nonsmoking room was with the smell of smoke. Some old grey blankets without cover.Windows are not wind-proof - had wind coming in at night.

The interiors of the hotel were nice and up-to-date. Room was big, bathroom was new and modern with a bathtub, and we got free upgrading to a room with balcony. Breakfast was great and had lots of variety (yoghurt, cereals, toast, croissants, bacon and eggs etc). Good connection to the a4 highway if travelling by car. Metrostation about 250m away.

Although situated great to a4 highway, the hotel is in a bit remote area with not so pretty surroundings. Walking to the metro alone could be a bit scary if done by night. Shuttle to the station every 30min or even every 1hour could be a good thing to try. Hotel looks like abandoned conference centre from the outside, but it is a completely different world when stepping in. We did not want to drive our rental car to Downtown Milan and only stayed there for 2 nights, so this was a good option for us.
