I likes the location , near to the station and the center. I did not find the bed and cushions comfortable. I thought breakfast could be better quality and variety. |

it was OK the rome is too dark but kline.the brakfest is very minimum. a littel far from the center & it take the bas too much time to arrive.in walking is about 15 min' |

It's trying to be in the same league as the other designer hotels but the entire place was not well-maintained at all. The first room we had, the shower door was broken, the sink and the shower unit drainage was choked. The second room's shower door and bathroom door was broken. It was not worth the price. |

Unbeliavable good value for money. Clean, recently refurbished hotel with quite central location (10minutes walking from Piazzale del Duomo, 15mins to Ponte Vecchio etc), buffet breakfast was great and staff very friendly with a welcoming atmosphere. |

Despite choatic road works it was extremely convenient both for the Station and in easy walking distance of the Duomo Inadequate lighting for reading over the bed |

Parking place was OK. Hotel is noisy (location near railway station and very busy street), breakfast was not satisfactory at all (use vegetables!). In our mind price-quality level is one pf the poorest through our travellings. |

On site parking (pay), close to all key locations, modern decor. Staying close to station, you should expect to hear the trains but nice to be close. Had a huge room with king and twin. Separate shower (huge) and WC. Nice to have so much space! |

Good attendance; close to center; possibliity to use parking lot; possibility to bring pets shower/ bathroom. The hotel is well designed, but the fact that the shower shader is not wide enoguh, the bathroom (even though clean) looks dirty. Simply the water from the shower stays in the corner of the bathroom, which of course damagers the walls. |

The room at the hotel was clean and provided a good amount of space for two people. The hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minute walk from some of the sights and shopping areas depending on how fast or slow you walk. During the stay at the hotel, my boyfriend and I had an ongoing issue with the heating system in our room. We addressed the issue with the staff at the hotel several times, but no one could figure out how to keep the heating system on. After awhile, we got tired of asking them to do something about because no one cared to fix it, so we ended up having to deal with it the cold temperature at night. |
