スタイリッシュなエントランスではあるが、部屋は暗く、テレビにはリモコンもなくデスクもない。見掛け倒し- であり、再度泊まりたいとは思わない。 |

チェックアウト前日に受付の女性へ「無料にてチェックアウトを伸ばせるのは何時まで可能か」と質問し、「午- 後1時までなら無料」との回答をもらった。「情報を入れておく」とその方は言っていたが、翌日別の担当に「- チェックアウトは午後1時までの了解を得ている」と言ったが、予約情報などを全く確認せず、「それは間違っ- ている。できない」と一点張り。最初の担当の方がかなり親切な感じだったので信用していたが、2人の対応の- 違いにがっかりした。 |

家族４人で泊まりました。3☆ホテルとは思えないくらいの清潔感とジャグジーまでついているバスタブ、駅ま- ですぐの立地条件。ただ一点を除いて。窓を開けるとそこは線路。大きな駅ですからそれなりの鉄道本数があり- ます。多少防音に気を使っていますが不十分です。音が気にならない人にはお勧め、静かに寝たい人には無理で- す。私達は全く問題ありませんでした。 |

The cleanliness of the room. Relatively close to train station. Front desk people were very helpful. The noise of the trains right outside the window. We couldn't close the windows because they had turned off the air conditioning anticipating the cooler outside temperatures. |

It was a good stay for european standards and price which was walking distance to monuments. Pretty basic stay for short trip. Bathroom clean but bedroom needs some dusting. Beds are on the very firm side of 'comfort'. Can be noisy at night but i believe our room was away from the station side so we were ok. Dusty and unrealiable (but free) internet. |

Everything was OK, the hotel is near SMN station. Breakfast was excellent. 15 minutes walking to the center. A little bit noise from the train in the morning. |

Good if you are travelling by car as the Hotel has own parking, included in the price. Good beds. Our room was close to the railway and extraordinary loud - eartabs necesarry! Strange system of elevators (you can not use any elevator to get to any plant) that is not indicated at all. Breakfast Italian usual. |

Breakfast selection was ok. The room was nothing like the pictures on their website. Reception desk nice but the rest of the hotel looked dirty and dark. The room was spacious but not nice. The hotel is really far from Downtown. |

The disign of the hotel was very modern, reception and restraunt areas were nice, the rooms were nice aswell but the beds were rock hard. The Beds were extremely Uncomfortable which is irronic as it is next door to a bedding store. The hotel stated it had a gym but the doos were locked the entire stay. Also the wireless internet conection was poor also so you cannot use your laptop but they did have a area where you could use their computers for internet access |

I thought the staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke perfect English, rooms were spotless and location very good. Breakfast was really nice too The trains start very early in the morning and were very noisy |

very friendly staff--gave s lots of good information. only we wish the directions were more clear tobe able to locate it. we had to go around a few times , for an hour or so to be able to find this hotel. the air conditioner was very noisy and did not cool at all. |

The staff was very helpful and nice, it's close to the center. Hotel looks new and nice. Good price/value. Internet connection (wi-fi) quality is horrible, Internet is free, but it's available only in the hall. Connection is breaking all the time, no way to use it, even only checking e-mail was pain. |

This hotel was very nice. All the staff was very nice and very accommodating. It is about 3 blocks from the train station which is nice if you are taking the train. I would not say a "bad" thing, but some of the other reviews mentioned the noise level from the train station. Well you are staying next to the train station so there is some noise, but nothing that you can't solve with some ear plugs =) If you are a light sleeper I suggest staying at a hotel across from the train station instead of on the same side. |
