Удобное расположение в случае подъезда на автомобиле, наличие парковки при отеле. Улучшить систему кондиционирования в номерах отеля. В номере 364 кондиционер фактически не работает. |

Быстрое заселение, несмотря на ранее прибытие (9.00), большие номера. wi-fi интернет только в общественной зоне, в номерах нет даже за отдельную плату, на завтрак только снэки и кофе-чай из автомата, очень скудно. заявленное местоположение возле вокзала имеет существенный минус в некоторых номерах очень хорошо слышны все вокзальные прелести :) |

The cleanliness of the room. Relatively close to train station. Front desk people were very helpful. The noise of the trains right outside the window. We couldn't close the windows because they had turned off the air conditioning anticipating the cooler outside temperatures. |

It was a good stay for european standards and price which was walking distance to monuments. Pretty basic stay for short trip. Bathroom clean but bedroom needs some dusting. Beds are on the very firm side of 'comfort'. Can be noisy at night but i believe our room was away from the station side so we were ok. Dusty and unrealiable (but free) internet. |

Everything was OK, the hotel is near SMN station. Breakfast was excellent. 15 minutes walking to the center. A little bit noise from the train in the morning. |

not bad not good.. about average 3 star hotel no elevator to a room we stayed. Free Internet service does not work. It's little too difficult to find the hotel location for first timer |

Good if you are travelling by car as the Hotel has own parking, included in the price. Good beds. Our room was close to the railway and extraordinary loud - eartabs necesarry! Strange system of elevators (you can not use any elevator to get to any plant) that is not indicated at all. Breakfast Italian usual. |

Breakfast selection was ok. The room was nothing like the pictures on their website. Reception desk nice but the rest of the hotel looked dirty and dark. The room was spacious but not nice. The hotel is really far from Downtown. |

Breakfast was good. Too noisy - realize it was next to the train station but impossible to sleep. Not able to get WiFi in room had to sit in lobby. |

The disign of the hotel was very modern, reception and restraunt areas were nice, the rooms were nice aswell but the beds were rock hard. The Beds were extremely Uncomfortable which is irronic as it is next door to a bedding store. The hotel stated it had a gym but the doos were locked the entire stay. Also the wireless internet conection was poor also so you cannot use your laptop but they did have a area where you could use their computers for internet access |

I thought the staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke perfect English, rooms were spotless and location very good. Breakfast was really nice too The trains start very early in the morning and were very noisy |

very friendly staff--gave s lots of good information. only we wish the directions were more clear tobe able to locate it. we had to go around a few times , for an hour or so to be able to find this hotel. the air conditioner was very noisy and did not cool at all. |

The staff was very helpful and nice, it's close to the center. Hotel looks new and nice. Good price/value. Internet connection (wi-fi) quality is horrible, Internet is free, but it's available only in the hall. Connection is breaking all the time, no way to use it, even only checking e-mail was pain. |

This hotel was very nice. All the staff was very nice and very accommodating. It is about 3 blocks from the train station which is nice if you are taking the train. I would not say a "bad" thing, but some of the other reviews mentioned the noise level from the train station. Well you are staying next to the train station so there is some noise, but nothing that you can't solve with some ear plugs =) If you are a light sleeper I suggest staying at a hotel across from the train station instead of on the same side. |

Very convenient for where I wanted to be - close to Conference Centre. Also convenient for city centre attractions. The room was basic, but adequate for my needs. At 67 Euros per night including free internet and generous continental breakfast I got very good value for money. |
