I was even given the key to the front gate, which made my stay really convenient! Great location, for its walking distance from Porte san'Anna and bus station. The TV didn't work for me though

Good location, godd services, clen and confortable rooms.

+: fast wifi connection, location close to the city walls, free parking on the street (on the white painted side)

-: our pre-booked breakfast was cancelled, because of arriving after office hours; there was no phone number on our voucher for informing the staff about the late arrival; staff was not so friendly and helpful

Franceso was a wonderful host. He was extremely helpful and provided us with maps and coffee upon arrival. He suggested places for us to see and visit during our stay and was always available to answer any questions we had. We were within walking distNce to all of the sites And within walking distance to food shops as well. A very nice place to stay!

The room was a good size and the fridge in the room was helpful.

Was put in the loft on arrival with no windows just two skylight windows ,then we moved to the 2nd floor ,I had asked for a smoking room when I booked ,and was not given one on the ground floor even thou thoes rooms was empty and we was there for three nights and people was given those rooms when they only stayed one night ,the owner was not very helpfull we felt is was a problem to him ,also we had to go to the corner tea shop one morning for breakfast as he said he did not have the staff to put the breakfast out ,he gave us a letter for coffee and cake

The room itself was very nice, far better than I expected for the price, and included tv, fridge and a spare bed! It had lovely wood beams supporting the roof. I was very impressed by how thoroughly it was cleaned on a daily basis - I even came back to find my t-shirt neatly folded for me!

My only quibble was that the cord for the shower pressure was broken, which meant that the shower was less powerful than it should have been - though it still worked. But I was too busy to bother to report it, so I can't complain that it wasn't fixed. The man who took my booking was helpful and friendly, and recommended a good restaurant for me to eat when I arrived quite late.

Nice clean room with a decent en suite, quiet at night so got a couple of good nights sleep. A 10 min walk to the inside of the town walls and a reasonable walk to the station once you work out you can cut thro the centre of the town to get to the station and not walk around the ring road. Easy going relaxe place reasonable breakfas on the terrace.

No real problems.

Lucca is an unexpected discovery, just like yet another trip with just little chou continues to amaze me. Helped by Fi Pi Li and the brave Marti, Lucca is a great start to Montalcino and Chianti, as for Luchesse wine. They respected our wine so much they put the cork back when we forgot. Lucca means bikes, narrow streets, excellent food and wine, Puccini, cappuccino, corneto and much more. I am lucky! Thank you chou mic. Thank you , darling chou mare.

Cobraram do meu cartao de credito antes da minha chegada, sendo que eu queria pagar em dinheiro!

Ein sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes und liebevoll restauriertes altes Haus mit freundlichen Zimmern und modernem Bad. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Nur wenige Minuten bis zum schönen Altstadtzentrum zu gehen.
