I believe that the Web site for the Leone di Sant'Anna verges on the point of being fraudulent:1) The web site states that it is located on or in the city wall. It is not, in fact, it is several streets away. 2) The website refers to a kitchen and lounge. Neither were available to us. 3) the heated towel rails were turned off. 4)shower doors would not close. 5) front desk not managed at times |

Close to the centre. Room for 4 was a good size. All very clean. Fridge in the room. No kettle in the room. The lighting was very poor so it was difficult to read. On the last night there was someone sleeping on the other side of a door from us and we could hear everything they said! |

Dat het hotel op wandelafstand van de stad en station lag. De zolderkamer is niet zo leuk enkel een kleine dakvenster en vrij donker, geen zichtstreeks zicht naar buiten op de tuin of op de straat. Vrij rumoerig wegens de jongeren die aan de overkant hun onmoetingsplaats hebben.De prive parking is zeer handig; Het hotel is ook goed te vinden bij aankomst, maar best de volledige straatnaam vermelden daar Via Buounamici niet met de gps te vinden is. |

Prettige kamer, uitstekende locatie. Minder positief was het parkeergeld, naar mijn idee zou dit gewoon service moeten zijn. Tevens was de kamer, met name sanitair niet echt heel schoon. |

Très insatisfaite, car aucune chambre n'était disponible, malgré notre réservation. Dans cet hotel de Léone di Sant'Anna. On nous a affecté une chambre dans un autre hotel, à l'autre bout de la ville, sous classé, très bruyant... Cela semblait normal qu'il y ait une gestion sur plusieurs structures, et que nous soyons donc parachuté sur un autre site. Nous devions être pris en charge par un employé, puis 5 min plus tard, on nous a donné un plan, en nous disant "nous sommes désolés" !!!! |
