Staff at the reception a very nice and attentive. Staff who works at the American bar in the lobby were wonderful! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Dont' like the fact that housekeepers just walk into the room and not knock before they enter. It's kind of strange. I asked for a non smoking room, and they've put me on the smoking floor in a "non-smoking room". But the good thing is, the room didn't really smell like damp tobacco and the housekeeper did a good job cleaning up the place. |

It was close[600m] to the football stadium where i worked and a pleasant 1km walk from the old quarter of verona. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. All in all it was a splendid hotel. |

Very comfortable and clean rooms, rich breakfast, attentive and kind staff. Good and quiet location. Not walking distance to the Arena, but it is a big bonus that the hotel has a shuttle service to and from the opera every night during the festival. The hotel has free parking which is a major advantage in a city like Verona. It has wireless internet access from the rooms at relatively good rates. |

Hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. Rooms are big, light and clean. Location is at walking distance from the city centre. Shuttle bus is provided free-of-charge to attend concerts at the arena. The hotel also has a decent restaurant. Room rates are not the cheapest but worth the big rooms and service :) |

We have used this hotel before, and will do so again in the future All the services it offered were of excellent quality,and the staff friendly, multi lingual, and most helpful. The additional free transport to and from the Opera performances at the Roman amphitheatre was a bonus! |

The hotel staff was very welcoming.The breakfast was good. Yes, the room needs an update, specially the bathroom, I was suposed to stay more than one night and I changed my mind because the bathroom despite being clean was not aceptable regarding the price we were paying for the room. |

They ran a free minibus into the town centre for the opera, which also picked you up afterwards as well. They were cool about cleaning the room late. it was a little tired and needs a refurb. |

We appreciated the attentive and helpful staff especially being in Italy for the first time. We appreciated the location to use the local transportation. The hotel was very nice, big room, big bed, clean, and great breakfasts. |

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage - rund 20 Minuten zu Fuss in die Stadt ist nicht schlimm für Verona. Es ist eher altmodisch, aber gemütlich und hat eine sichere Garage, was für Italien sehr wichtig ist. Sicherlich könnten die Zimmer moderner sein, aber die Betten sind gut und fest. obwohl das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut ist, sind die Plastikstühle sehr einfach und ungemütlich |
