This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. Even though the hotel is small the rooms are extremely comfortable and the generous. The appointment of the rooms is outstanding. Fantastic bathroom with all the amenities you would want. The staff are outstanding.

The staff at Les Fleurs make you feel so welcome and are very helpful if you require a reservation for somewhere such as the Vatican (we did this and skipped a 2 hour queue!). Great location, no need to get on public transport if you are only walking around the ancient city area as the furthest thing away is only a half hour walk. The room we stayed in was a great size and all the facility's where great! Perfect Hotel! Nothing we didn't like, we would defiantly stay here again when we come back to Rome :d

If you don't mind walking up and down step steps to get from the from entrance to your room then this hotel is a great place to stay. Located about 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and a comfortable 2.5 km walk from both the Vatican and colleseum this hotel is quiet (good double glazed and sound proofed windows) and only comprises 5 rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the manager Eric looked after us well and was an excellent host. Don't have breakfast in your room, venture down and catch up with the staff over breakfast and check out the smallest kitchen you have ever seen and its marvellous what comes out of there! Our room looked out over the street and there are 2 that don'T. If you book a room a suggest you request a street view room. We stayed in Room 202 which was very modern and comfortable and for English speaking guests you could watch most tv in English. I am sure there are many excellent places to stay in room, this is one of them and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very small room - a little overpriced for what it offered IMO.

The rooms vere spotless and attention to detail was first class. The rooms were kept tidy and clean all day. Welcome by staff upon return from day out was wonderful. Small but very friendly hotel.

The location was excellent, 50-100m from Piazza di Spagna.

No bathtub is available, but space in shower room is big enough.

The location was excellent. Two blocks away from the Spanish Steps. The hotel decor was very nice and our suite was amazing - complete with a huge jacuzzi tub. The staff will do anything to make your stay nicer. I highly recommend staying here.

Our overall stay was fantastic the rooms were immaculate, breakfast varied and filling ,staff discrete and the second tidying of the room each evening a perfect touch (the little chocolate was very charming).Perfectly situated and very quiet for the middle of Rome.

A boutique friendly hotel at a perfect location . There is a meticulous reference to details in the rooms, service and atmosphere. The staff is supporting and friendly. The room was small but well designed and so lively that it was not felt. Highly recommended
