The rooms vere spotless and attention to detail was first class. The rooms were kept tidy and clean all day. Welcome by staff upon return from day out was wonderful. Small but very friendly hotel.

The location was excellent, 50-100m from Piazza di Spagna.

No bathtub is available, but space in shower room is big enough.

The location was excellent. Two blocks away from the Spanish Steps. The hotel decor was very nice and our suite was amazing - complete with a huge jacuzzi tub. The staff will do anything to make your stay nicer. I highly recommend staying here.

Our overall stay was fantastic the rooms were immaculate, breakfast varied and filling ,staff discrete and the second tidying of the room each evening a perfect touch (the little chocolate was very charming).Perfectly situated and very quiet for the middle of Rome.

A boutique friendly hotel at a perfect location . There is a meticulous reference to details in the rooms, service and atmosphere. The staff is supporting and friendly. The room was small but well designed and so lively that it was not felt. Highly recommended

Very nice hotel With only 5 rooms and very friendly staff

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Eric, Gianfranco and Elisa were extremely pleasant and helpful, the facilities excellent, and the location ideal. From the warm welcome (with a drink), to the tasty breakfasts, to the good advice on where to go and how to get there, right through to our departure, we could not have been better treated.

Si il y a une critique a faire (meme si on est prevenu sur le site) ce sont les escaliers assez rudes surtout apres une journee de marche dans Rome!!!!

Les Fleurs Luxury House was very charming, the atmosphere and staff made you feel like you were a home. i love this place! I really liked the breakfast in bed with no additional costs.

The location is the best for walking and fashion friendly shopping, people watching or midnight meals on hot summer nights. We enjoyed everything about this location from the decor, to the service and amazing breakfasts, or apertifs and snack that are available all day long. The jacuzzi baths and sound proof rooms made it very difficult to pry ourselves out of the crispy sheets for first class breakfast right out the door. As far as our concerns about the stairs up to the reception, our taxi driver and the owner were more than happy to assist our family to the two side by side rooms by carrying our luggage up to our rooms. I loved this place. It's worth the money.

This is not a luxury house. The rooms are very small. The breakfast is mediocre at best.
