Milý a vstřícný personál. Klid a pohoda v hotelu, nic nás nerušilo. Chutné snídaně. Malý prostor pro snídaně. Hotel je spíše množstvím samostaných bytů v okolních domech, jeho prostory se nachází cca ve třech sousedních domech. Recepce končí v osm hodin a v případě potřeby např. ztráty klíče, by nebylo možné se dostat do domu a do pokoje. |

Krásná pozice pár kroků od Vatikánu, vnitřní prostory sice miniaturní, ale na danou kategorii (a Itálii) velmi slušně vybavené. Nepříliš reprezentativní vzhled depandance. |

Nejvíce nás mile překvapil přístup zaměstanců. Byli velice vstřícní, přátelští a profesionání, především recepční hotelu. Výborná snídaně, časově neomezná, s velkým výběrem. |

The people at the front desk were great. Very helpful. We loved that our room was in another building, it made us feel like we had rented an apartment instead of staying in a hotel. Great Breakfast!!!!!! |

The staff were very good and the location of the hotel suited both myself and my wife when visiting the Vatican and other famous sites. Not enough english speaking channels on T.V. |

The staff was extremely helpful. My room was clean and very quiet. I had such a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel is so close to the Vatican, and that was where I wanted to spend most of my time, so it worked out perfectly. Breakfast was good, and my cappuccino, made by the handsome Italian guy, was delicious!! |

Its proximity to the Vatican made it a perfect location, and it was also only a couple of streets away from the Metro station, so it was ideal. And because it was a series of rooms in a number of different blocks, rather than a single building with a reception, it gave the feel of actually just staying in your own Rome apartment, which was excellent and added to the enjoyment of the holiday. The staff were also really friendly and helpful in offering advice whenever asked, and I was very impressed by the experience. |

The location was excellent for visiting the Vatican. The two young men at the front desk were so very helpful-arranged transportation to the airport, brought our delayed luggage to the room, and even gave us an early breakfast for our departure. Bathroom was very large. |

very central with easy access to metro etc. the rooms were spread out on the Via Gracchi and we had to cross the street for breakfast' This was not a great inconvenience but could do without it. |

Convenient location right by the Vatican, super friendly and helpful staff--probably the nicest people we dealt with in our three weeks in Italy. The rooms are a little small, but that is par for the course in Europe. Of course hotels in Italy are expensive as a general rule, but this was a good value for Rome, for sure. |

Very well located. Staff very friendly. -Very small area to eat and very disturbing with people coming checking in while you are eating. - The person cleaning the rooms coming and not on the door in the very early morning (before 8 am) to clean the room. |

It's proximity to the Vatican City and its breakfast selection. Despite having made earlier reservation, we were billeted to an older building which the staff says are spare rooms for the hotel. Check-in time was much later than what was published. |

We found the hotel room very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was modern and clean The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were a wonderful reflection of the generous spirit of the people of Roma.They provided us with much information about getting around Rome. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfying and the service great! We are planning to come back to Rome and stay again at this hotel because of the wonderful service and accomadations. |

The staff was great and helpful. Quite a different hotel as the lobby is across the street from the actual rooms. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Close to a main bus hub (with a pretty cool market) and easy to get around the city from there, Metro is also a few blocks away. Only a few blocks from the Vatican museum entrance. A block from the main street with shopping. Had a great stay. Area is quiet and safe in the evening. |
