Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου, το οποίο ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και ανταποκρίθηκε στις όποιες ανάγκες προέκυψαν κατά την διαμονή μας. Το πρωινό παρόλο που ήταν πολύ καλό και πλούσιο, από αρκετά νωρίς τελείωναν τα περισσότερα είδη (κρουασάν,σαντουιτσάκια...) και δεν υπήρχε συμπλήρωμα για όλα. |

The staff was wonderful. We were greeted with a cappuccino, and able to get into our room early, which was perfect as we were exhausted! They arranged airport transport for us twice, as we rented a car from the airport and then returned to the hotel for 2 more nights after we travelled to Tuscany. Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants and lovely people working there! |

Sam and entire staff were wonderful. A very tasty continental breakfast was included. The location was very convenient for our touring plan. |

The staff were amazingly friendly. Dirnk on arrival and then ensured we were confortable everyday. Remeber or breakfast order every day, Even provided us internet facilities in the room a day after we arrived as there was no facility, but the got someone to install it asap |

The staff were extremely friendly and their English was really good which helped alot. Also the location just round the corner from St Peters Square was brilliant. Only that the bed was very hard |
