The staff was wonderful. We were greeted with a cappuccino, and able to get into our room early, which was perfect as we were exhausted! They arranged airport transport for us twice, as we rented a car from the airport and then returned to the hotel for 2 more nights after we travelled to Tuscany. Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants and lovely people working there! |

The staff were amazingly friendly. Dirnk on arrival and then ensured we were confortable everyday. Remeber or breakfast order every day, Even provided us internet facilities in the room a day after we arrived as there was no facility, but the got someone to install it asap |

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The hotel location was good. The air condtioner worked very well The shower did not drain very good. The hotel food could use some upgrades. The tour brochure that the hotel gave us was out dated and we had to reschedule our tours because we missed the start times. They need to print business cards. |

We arrived late and staff waited for us. They also kept a parking spot for us in front of the hotel, making it both convenient for us and saved us some money for parking in a garage. Excellent service, nice decorations in rooms and delicious breakfast. The hotel is one block away from the Vatican, making it convenient to access both metro, as well as tour buses to other sites. |
