the residence was nice and well presented.the views were lovely the shower was blocked and the doors were broken and replaced by a dirty shower curtain.the pool was out of order for 3 days out of 4.we also add problem with electricity as it went twice in 4 days. |

Lovely pool area, helpful staff. Quiet and relaxing and reasonably well placed for exploring north east Sardinia. Good sized balcony and fully equipped kitchen. Accommodation was a little sparsely furnished and no air conditioning in lounge area where our third child was to sleep on sofa bed (had to move to second bedroom making this room very cramped with 3). Food choice was limted at pizzeria |

Excellent staff & manager to enjoy having a chat with them, flexible with check-in time, nice & new place, would like to stay longer there. Free parking infront of apartment. There is no public transport so one should rent a car or a bike if wants to enjoy there, like we did (so it wasn't a problem). |

staff molto cordiale e disponibile, gli appartamenti sono molto carini e dotati di ogni comfort.La piscina è pulita ed ha un bel panorama.Peccato sia un pò distante dal mare ma con la macchina/moto non ci sono problemi. |

struttura di nuova realizzazione - carina - inserita in una zona tranquilla anche se un po' defilata. Le spiagge più vicine si trovano ad alcuni chilometri. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Il ristorante pizzeria del residence è stato chiuso da domenica 13/9/09. |

Los apartamentos son amplios y cómodos, con un mobiliario muy nuevo. El complejo de apartamentos esta muy bien cuidado, creando un ambiente muy relajante, ideal para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Al acabar el día y volver de la playa te sentías como en casa. Imprescindible disponer de coche para llegar a la playa y hacer la compra |

Die Hotelanlage ist schön und sauber gehalten. Die Aussicht vom Hotel (Meer) ist schön. Wir haben ein kostenloses upgrade erhalten. Sehr grosser Balkon. Die Informationspolitik lässt zu wünschen übrig: Es gab ein Fest im Dorf mit Feuerwerk, das wir leider verpassten. Die Pizzeria im Hotel wurde mitten in unserem Aufenthalt geschlossen und wir wurden nicht vorgängig darüber informiert. Die Duschwand war von Anfang an defekt und wurde bis zu unserer Abreise nach 12 Tagen nicht repariert. Gewisse kleine Einrichtungsgegenstände wie Badetuchstange, Garderobe etc. fehlten. |

Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo. Magníficas instalaciones comunitarias (piscina, restaurante). Proximidad a las playas. Buena localización para conocer el NE de la isla (Costa Esmeralda etc). Está bien, pero el equipamiento de la cocina es algo escaso para la categoría del establecimiento y su precio (sin microondas ni lavadora o facilidades para lavar, por ejemplo). |

L'ottimo compromesso tranquillità/splendide spiagge. Il residence infatti è localizzato a pochi passi da S.Teodoro (quindi vita notturna) e a pochi passi da spiagge meravigliose (consigliate Capo Coda Cavallo). |

Complejo residencial de casitas muy nuevo y muy limpio. Los jardines estan muy cuidados y el entorno es muy agradable y relajante. Tiene una piscina grande muy agradable. El apartamento tiene una cocina grande con todo lo necesario de vajilla. Es una buena base para visitar la costa noreste de Cerdeña, es imprescindible el coche. Los útiles de limpieza como trapos y jabón para los platos hay que comprarlos. |

Mooi appartementen complex, eenvoudig maar voldoende ingerichte appartementen, goed en schoon sanitair (WC, bidet, wastafel en douche) en goede bedden. Airco op de slaapkamers. Ongeveer 2 km van mooie stranden (budoni). Eigen vervoer noodzakelijk. Heerlijk goed onderhouden zwembad met badmeester (!) Over het algemeen rustige gasten, voornamelijk italiaans. Niet iedereen spreekt even goed engels. (Maar dat heeft ook wel weer wat) |

Il Residence è molto bello e di recente costruzione, in una posizione molto tranquilla (ideale per il ralax) vicino a Budoni. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. |
