Hotel Liassidi Palace    

This hotel was absolutely stunning! We had the junior suite with a canal view and it was amazing! The room was beautifully decorated! This hotel room, experience and location was the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend it! Even though the junior suite is a bit more money than the regular rooms, if you are wanting to treat yourself while in Italy for a couple days, I would definitely spend the extra money on this room!! Also, the breakfast was very good, even the view was amazing there! Loved it!

There was nothing we were unhappy with.

I liked how central the hotel was. The breakfast was great. The room was a bit awkward, but manageable.

Staff did not offer suggestions unless prompted. Could have been a little more proactive in providing guidance and assistance. Overall they were pleasant to deal with.

Excellent room size; decoration original; location next to a canal fabulous.

Breakfast room was a bit small (difficult to seat a party of 4 comfortably).

Staff were wonderful. So helpful. Upon request moved us to a room in a quieter location. Excellent location for touring Venice. Decor very elegant.

The hotel was a beautifully renovated palace. The rooms are magnificent. The staff could not do enough for me and were very easy to deal with.

Location was good, our room was perfect, the complimentary wine and snack was a great idea and much appreciated, the service was excellent.

The breakfast was fine for the number of days we stayed but if we were to stop longer we would have been a little bored with no variation of menu.

Suite was large and very well furnished. Accommodated four of us very well. Water taxi stops right outside the hotel. Courteous staff. There are many restaurants just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Enjoyed our stay here and the city.

As well appointed as the suite was it did not have a shower although my children enjoyed the Jacuzzi.

The room was amazing. It was close to everything and was the highlight of our families trip to Europe. Could easily walk to all the attractions , the spa bath was also a great way to relax at the end of the day. Also allowed us to come back and wait for our water taxi late in the afternoon and use the internet which was greatly appreciated and made our stay even better.

The lady assisting at breakfast was not at all pleasant .

Fantastic canal position and really convenient for the sights. Lack of bar made up for with coffee and waiter service in the second floor salon. Very pleasant area in which to relax after a hard day sightseeing. Room service breakfast excellent.

Shower screen leaked and caused mini flood in bathroom.

The room was clean and very warm on arrival. Staff are friendly and breakfast was good. Location is excellent, only 5 min walk from saint marcos square.

We were on our honeymoon and I e-mailed asking for champagne on arrival but it was not there! Big hotel so weren't made to feel special. Room not the size or how it looked on website.

As seasoned travellers we all thourally enjoyed our stay here, what a gem in Venice! I will be returning very shortly with my wife.

loved this hotel the staff very friendly and helpful especially Danielle reception. location fantastic easy to get everywhere on foot. breakfast superb and breakfast staff excellent. i will be back to stay again. one of the best hotels i have stayed in in Italy and elsewhere great well done to Liassidi Palace ticks all the right boxes fro a perfect stay

Great location, literally minutes from St. Mark's and the dining room is right alongside the canal. Very friendly, helpful reception staff. Spacious room. Breakfast was excellent with a great deal of choice.

Tea and coffee supplies weren't replenished on two days and we had to ask at reception for some more - but that's a minor quibble!

The hotel was very charming. The location was excellent for accessing many of the important historical sites, shopping and restaurants were plentiful, and getting around the city was very easy.

The room was a bit small, with very little space to deal with luggage and toiletries.

Location is great. The facility is great. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable. Staff at the reception is very helpful and nice. Good value for money.

The breakfast staff is grim, you feel like you're disturbing, but hey it's morning:) pillows were not very comfortable.
