It was such a beautiful hotel with excellent view of Venezia. The staff were very kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel. |

Excellent atmosphere, very kind staff, professionalism. Our room was clear and very comfortable, especially the bed we liked much (and in a hotel that is a key point :). Looking again at the pictures on booking.com, I can say you get what you see. They do not have WIFI (although you can use internet in the hall). It would have been good to get basic local information from our room (I had smartphone). |

location, interior, staff, small garden, big romm (for Europe). Everything was very nice and romantic except view from the romm but I think this is problem of the most of hotels in Venezia |

I liked the staff they were very friendly and the location is perfect its close to almost all the main tourist attractions in the city.The breakfast is amazing the cleanliness of the room and the hotel is superb too. |

Location of the hotel The staff ( during breakfast) were not very nice, never smiled. Make us as we are not the client . They were not very polite.....We couldn't have a glass of wine on the terrasse after 7PM. the bar was closed !!!! It's amaising during summer time, the bar closed at 7 PM. |
