Position, flexibility on breakfast hours

A faster wifi connection from the rooms would be great

It was a good location - quiet and personal, family run and a lovely terrace room for breakfast.

On arrival, the whereabouts of the hotel lobby, and which button to press in the lift could have been helpful. We tried 3 floors before finding it. Provision was clean but minimal. No soap or plug for the basin, and on the top roof terrace, not a table or a chair. Perhaps they were available but it wasn't explained. These would be easy to correct.

Very close to the historical areas. Loved the top floor breakfast room and the view of the city! Two elevators, easy to get to the top floor!

The hotel is in a central location which is great, but it is quite basic and the webpage desciption makes it sound a little better than it really is. That said, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is on the 10th floor of a building that also contains other hotels. When you approach the building as a tourist, it isn't clear that you need to press the floor 10 buzzer. It might be worht puttign that on the website just so that people are aware.

The on-street parking was not as straightforward as the website makes out - it's a little more expensive than the website says (perhaps it's just a little out-of-date) and you have to ensure that you park on the correct side of the road otherwise your car could get towed! There is a car park down the road too.

Hotel centrico, personal con ganas de ayudar

La habitación de diseño que enseñan en la pagina web no tiene nada que ver con la que recibimos (la de veradad se parece a una pensión bastante simple y anticuada). Otra mentirilla: aunque avisan que se puede pagar con la tarjeta, a la llegada encuentras una nota que tienen el terminal averiado. Al quejarse te explican que la averia acaba de pasar (pero la nota esta en el tablon hace 3 días...).

La vista sobre la ciudad.

No hay aire acondicionado en el comedor donde se desayuna.

La vue sur palerme , le calme du quartier ,la proximité avec le port et l'arret du bus pour l aéroport, l'accueil

Pas beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner dû certainement au fait qu'il s'agit dun petit hotel au nombre de chambres limitées

la camera era spaziosa, luminosa e pulita

unico appunto da fare: il rumore dell'ascensore, confinante con la camera.

De ligging t.o.v. de belangrijke musea en monumenten is uitstekend. Het uitzicht over de stad is prima.

Het ontbijt was zeer matig, het bed een beetje te kort voor mijn lengte.

chambre spacieuse , claire, calme

Nous sommes partis très tot le jour de notre départ et pourtant nous avons payé un petit déjeuner que nous n'avons pas pris???
