Absolutely very nice and professional staff. Free internet. Old style hotel, you may like it or not... Much better than average italian hotels, and above all, the hotel offers everything they advertise. |

This is the hotel to be while in Catania... A little jewel by all means, with extraordinary smiling, caring and helpful staff, sumptuous facilities, quite central (though difficult to find in the begining) and the best value for money since I started using booking.com Absoloutely nothing, I am definitely coming back again |

the hotel main rooms and my bedroom werew very beautiful it is diffacult to find and is not in a very nice section however due to these facts parking was easier. |

Couldn 't be better, this is a top hotel in Catania both for the hotel itsself as well as for it's location.. Perfect in every detail ! Nothing, this hotel is 100 %, I sleep over 200 nights a year in hotels ! |

Parking is somewhat difficult. In general the "personalized driving directions," available through your web site are too difficult often to use. They mention street signs, but often there are no signs!! |

The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff turned this very comfortable hotel into an excellent one. Less than ten minutes walk to the shopping area and centre of Catania is another plus for this hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. |

It is not an anonymous hotel, you feel almost at home. The room was very clean, quite and spacious. Having breakfast in the small garden was very nice, a good start for the day.The location is very convenient, it is very close to the center of the city but you don't feel like being in a touristic area. The staff was extremely nice and competent. Definitely a wonderful stay in Catania! |
