The Independent Hotel offers elegant, modern rooms with free internet, and large beds with thick mattresses.
Score from 599 reviews Excellent
Offering modern rooms with free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV, the DAB is in central Rome, a 15 minute walk from the Spanish Steps. Villa Borghese Park is a 5 minute walk away.
Score from 108 reviews Very good
Hotel Serena is set within walking distance of Termini Train Station, which is just around the corner. The area offers many typical restaurants.
Score from 1478 reviews Very good
Set on a quiet street just 200 yards from Rome’s Termini Station, the boutique Yes Hotel has contemporary rooms with satellite TV and air conditioning.
Score from 843 reviews Very good
One the bus lines. Walkable to many historic sites. Quiet! So clean it looked new. Comfortable bed.
Everything was right to our taste, the location, the cleaningless of the room, the friendliness of staff...we particularly liked Stela, the girl who was preparing our morning collazione, she was always smiley and friendly..great job, lilium hotel, we'll come Again!
Location was excellent and the building and it's facilities such as elevator was totally different and amazing! For me the main color- blue green- that used in all spaces and rooms was so attractive.
Niose! Noise noise! Because the windows were not suitable for protecting the outside's voices, sleeping after 4 am was so hard and sometime it was impossible
the design of the hotel, the breakfast.
none, maybe need 15mins walk to the subway?
Enjoy the luxury with a reasonable price! Room was quite comfortable, breakfast was enough, the staff was professional and the hotel was so central and super clean! Thank you for this enjoyable stay!
Excellent value for money. We stayed at Lilium for six nights. Without an exception, all people working there were friendly and helpful. They were very willing to provide us with recommendations for directions or restaurants. The room was cleaned daily and simple breakfast with good Italian coffee was included. We had a lovely time in Rome and would definitely come back to this hotel.
It is not a big issue but do take into account that it is a 15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and 20 minutes to the Colosseum. It is 10 minutes from Termini where all the busses leave.
Everything is within walking distance. It takes about 10 min to the Termini station, 25 min to the Colosseum and other sights, about an hour to Vatican. There is a cafe La Romana nearby, where they make the best icecream we tryied in Italy. The hotel is clean and nice, the staff was very attentive.
The water in the shower changes from hot to cold all the time
The place is newly renovated and has a good atmosphere and decoration. The staff was helpful and there is always a person at front desk, even at late hours. They had our room cleaned every day, during our 6 night stay.
nothing worth mentioning
The location (good base), very helpful staff, good breakfast choices and situated close to one of the best gelato parlours of Rome. Good value for money. Being originally part of a private apartment building ,it gave me a flavour and character of roman living. I felt safe to walk about late in the evening .
It took me a while to find it.There where no shampoo sachets . I had forgotten mine. Not able to find an english speaking channel on TV( minor)
The rooms (and hotel) were clean, quaint, spacious (we had a beautiful balcony), it was only a 20 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and the area was safe at all times. Felt more like a 4 star hotel.
Hard to find (3rd floor of the building) Slight issue with Wifi (although staff were helpful) Breakfast was a little uninspiring
We stayed on our honeymoon and it was probably our favorite hotel during our trip. Looks really nice, staff is very friendly, bed is comfortable, great views
I stayed at Lilium Hotel for three nights and everything was excellent! Staff was very kind and helpul. Hotel inside is cool and rooms are big enough. Breakfast is super and coffee very tasty. If I come to Rome again, I'll repeat here : )
Great value for money. Very elegantly designed. Good location close to termini.
Internet signal was very low, almost impossible to work.
It was an absolutely pleassant discovery not that far away from the Centro Storico. Excellent decor, amazing staff, classic breakfasts with a a wonderful view. Spanish Steps are 25 minutes most picturesque walking distance, Via Veneto is 15 minutes away, Villa Borghese about 8 minutes walking. There's a Rinascente shopping mall near by if you'd like to shop. Termini station is easy walking distance and a 6-8 euro taxi drive away. The inner patio of the hotel has a very Roman feel to it. So, for the most part you feel like you are just another Roman resident not a tourist entering the hotel. The area around Via venti Settembre is safe even if you are returning late and solo. Bathrooms have everything you need, shampoo shower gel included. Rooms have safe deposit boxes. The furniture is very lovely. Rooms are named after flowers. Each room has its own decoration. I admit I fell in love with Lilium hotel.
Single rooms might be a bit small and without any view. But, hey, if you don't come to Rome for a dance jam in the hotel room, I don't think that's a big deal.
-nice and helpful staff -hotel location really good, restaurants at next street, ice cream shop as well. -Bus stop next to the hotel which will get you to termini(up to 5min depends on traffic) and from there you can go everywhere.
-toilette together with shower -the air vent in the bathroom did not work but this is all what i can mention as a minus :)
well-located，10-15minutes' walk from termini，newly-furnished，clean and tidy，breakfast is excellent in my opinion，varieties of croissants，fresh cappucino，fruits，friendly staff ，definitely good value for money。
just had some difficulties in finding the hotel for the first time
Good location, 5 minutes from Roma Termini, excellent WiFi and very clean rooms
bit difficult to find, 3rd floor of the building. Check out till 11 am
The room The extremely accommodative staff The less touristic location The easy access to places and to transportation
Difficult to find, hardly any signs to indicate that the hotel is inside a courtyard on the third floor of a building...
Welcoming staff, lovely air conditioned rooms with big towels. Beautiful room by reception and fresh fruit at breakfast was great as well as little pastries and yogurt. Great value.
Little bit of a walk from the centre but rome is a city to walk around so it didn't matter.
Impossible to adjust the heat of the water while taking shower. Breakfast was not satisfactory.
polite employees clean room room with balcony
limited buffet options for the breakfast
No eggs for bracfaste
The room was great, staff was very accommodating.
Design staff location and simplicity
water system needs repair sometimes the hot water comes in and out
