Location. Free excursion to Murano glass factory. Rooms were very small and I didn't think this was good value for money. No lift to the third floor and very tiny breakfast area |

Very good location - handy to shops and water transport to the airport. Staff very helpful and carried bags upstairs for us. Good breakfast. Lighting was poor - lights over bathroom basin in disrepair and bedlighting not good for reading. Very small twin room though probably good value for Venice |

The hotel was very central, easy to find with the instruction provided only drawback was the stairs, bit I imagine all hotels in Venice would have the same problem. Breakfast was good.Service from staff efficient and helpful |

It is nicely located close to Plaza San Marco which is very convenient when traveling on a tight schedule, and not enough time to take vaporetos. The Air conditioner was not working; hotel staff refused to attend to this issue, and charged full fare without accepting to discuss the issue. Very low point during our trip. |

It was very well located in Venice. Close to the square. The staff were nice. The shower was very small and they put together 2 single beds to make a double. That doesn't work. |

the amenities were great for the money the cleaning staff for the hotel left the windows open during the day, which led to a few mosquitoes at night (summer in venice)... |

the location was very good. a short walk from San Marco and a step from vaporetto station room was disapointly small though I decided to pay more for a superior room. I do not even want to know haw the standard room looks like. the room was dirty. the carpet palced all over the wall were dusty. if you are allergic - do not step in there! |

We enjoyed the view to the canal (magnificent!), the facilities of the hotel, it was very very clean, very close to the Piaza San Marco and thus it was very convinient and it also had a marvelous breakfast! Everything was better than what we expected! |

Perfect place, in practice it is 3 minutes walking distance from San Marco square. You are in the very center of the romantic city but in the night you can sleep calm. Our room was small like a box of matches but it was fabolous prity ..... |

The location was good, the breakfast was fine and some of the staff were quite pleasant The staff knew the air-conditioning was not effective - but had been briefed to first pretend there was nothing wrong and then go on to pretend maintenance had been called - so we endured four horribly hot nights; the room was tiny and claustrophobic with no space for a chair; there is no lift - so my invalid wife had to endure 60 steep stairs; reception staff would not allow me to confirm my... |

Centrally situated less than 5 mins walk from St Marks square. Small quiet but pleasant bedroom beside canal which leads into the Grand Canal at end of block. 24 hour reception. While staff were helpful, not all understood much English |

the location of the hotel is great. it is situated in a great place very near st marks square. this is a very expensive area to stay so the price is fairly good. Our room overlooked a canal which was amazing to hear and see the gondolas and singing et al. There are a couple of bad things about this hotel. one of which may be just an isolated incident, one would hope. Firstly, we had booked a superior double room however the double bed consisted of 2 single beds pushed together. unfortunately they were at slightly different heights thus making the bed somewhat uncomfortable. The bath was not worth having to be honest. |

The location, the decor, the breakfast and freindly staff We were happy with our stay but the room was very small and the room lighting was dim - could do with main light to augment bedside lamps |

Venice is expensive. Lisbona is not 3 star in my experiene. Bathing facilities cramped.Shower only, Room just about large enough for a double bed.(I asked for single - got a room that could not possibly accommodate 2) Small breakfast area only. Staff friendly. 40 steps to my room - no lift (this should be warned). |

The cosyness of the hotel, the decorations, and the breakfast. It was not easy to find the hotel. I had to ask at a few info points and they directed me. |

breakfasts were varied and the location was excellent. I would return or recommend the hotel to others. in spite of leaving the 'do not disturb ' sign on the door (twice) the room had been entered and serviced against our wishes. the reception staff were efficient but a little dour. no free wi fi |
