Location! It's only 2mins walk from Piazza San Marco! Ok, it wasn't easy to find it first, but then I realized there was a shortcut straight through the arch, just as you cross the bridge on Calle Larga San Marco and turn to your left, pass the gondola stop. Excellent staff, clean hotel, breakfast ok, good price. Room was really small, but as I stayed alone, that was ok, because I could use the other side of my double bed for my suitcase and bags. I think, for 2 people that would be too small and uncomfortable. |

Great location, right beside canal with beautiful view. Cosy, authentic Venetian decor. Great breakfast. Our room was small, barely enough room to put suitcase standing up beside the bed. No elevator, but owner kind enough to carry our luggage upstair. |

It was so close to St. Mark's Square, the vaporetto stop (traveling the grand canal) and the vaporetto to the airport. Can't beat the location. Our room (#12) had a private bathroom and floor to ceiling windows overlooking a canal. Breakfast was fine. It's a little hard to find so keep your eyes open. |

Nice location, clean rooms although a little oldish. The rooms are too small, double rooms hardly allow to move around the bed. |

The location was very good, bering close to St Mark's Square and with a lively environment. The room was very small and very poorly lit. It was OK for a couple of nights but did begin to feel restrictive. |

Very accommodating staff - they kept the check in open until our very late arrival. Excellent location. Breakfast room is small. Occaisionally we had to wait five or ten minutes for a free table. |

The hotel is very near St Mark's square (which I think is the main attraction in Venice) and of the shopping centres. Transport is quite accessible as well. The rooms are quite small without windows. Although we didn't use the room that often, it would still be better to go to rest comfortably after a day's activity. |

I read a lot of reviews while looking for a hotel in Venice and this one seemed to be the best value for the money. Venice is very expensive but this one seemed to be the most affordable option. Just as other travelers had described, the location of this hotel could not have been any better. It was just a few blocks from St Mark's Square and not a far walk from the Rialto bridge. The staff was all extremely polite and helpful. Yes, the building is old, but that's what visiting Venice is all about. The building had lots of character. Breakfast wasn't anything special, but it was adequate. This was the third time I have visited Venice and all in all I feel this hotel is an excellent value for the price. As other reviews had mentioned, the rooms were small and the beds were not comfortable. This would not, however, prevent me from recommending this hotel. We hardly spent any time in our room at all and I was so thrilled with the location it didn't really bother me. The only other strange thing was that we booked one single and one double room. The single room was slightly bigger, with a double bed. The double room had two twin beds on opposite sides of the room. The beds could be moved next to each other but we thought it a little strange that a double room (which I would assume would typically be booked by a couple) would have separate beds. |

Clean hotel with standard facilities. The staff was helpful. Very small rooms. We had a small kid and could have accomodated an extra bed in the room but since booking.com does not have a place to include inputs about kids, we had to manage with a small room with no extra bed. No elevator in the hotel and had to drag our bags 2 floors. The canal view, for which we had paid extra was a joke from 2 floors above as you had to really bend out of the window to view the canals. |

Hotel San Moisè is composed of 1 building located 200 metres from Venice’s La Fenice theatre with its own private garden and another 16th-century building offering lovely canal views. |
Located only 200 metres from Saint Mark’s Square, Hotel Campiello offers elegant and quiet rooms. The hotel is within easy reach of the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop. The hotel offers a rich breakfast. |
Ca’ D’Oro is a truly historic Venice hotel, set in a former property of the Barbaro family, prelates and diplomats for the Most Serene Republic of Venice. |
Enjoy real Venetian accommodation in an 18th-century building with traditionally decorated rooms overlooking the San Moisé canal. |
