Only Location, about 3 mins walk from San Marco The staff was not friendly. Actually one of them never smiles!! The room was soooooo small. It just fits the two beds! No more room for a table or a chair. |

Real nice room with two little balconies right over a canal where you could look floating condolas and hear the sounds. Small adractive rooms and breakfast area. Very nice breakfast. Little difficult to locate the place during night time. |

The room had a lovely small balcony looking onto the canal, gorgeous Our "double" bed was actually 2 singles made up as a double and as they were not bound together in any way the whole frames moved apart. Not a good feeling |

Good location, good breakfast, clean, nice enough hotel. all rooms look onto a small canal, but the rooms they claim have a view of the grande canal(more money) is if u stick ure head out the window, v. disappointed. Rude reception staff, too busy watching F1 to get key for room, had to ask him several times!! no lift - lots of stairs! |

location is perfect, easy to reach from airport, easy to access all of Venice, on a scenic gondola canal, and yet tucked away from the crowds. the period decoration is cool and in the right tone to appreciate Venice; breakfast was great; staff was friendly and responsive; hotel was very clean the shower stall is tiny and has very poor water pressure; the staircase is narrow and very steep and not for tourists of every shape and size and fitness, but was no problem for a family with 3 teens |

Wonderful location close to St Marks and situated on the canal which is such fun - The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent.... The water seeped out and was difficult and uncomfortable to bath. When reported to management no interest was shown and no attempt was made to fix the problem.The initial staff on duty were also most unwelcoming and rude. |
