Livernano  

Livernano is a small and fantastic place quite close to Radda in Chianti, which is one of the cosiest towns in Chianti. We have small children and stayed in a suite called Sauvignon, where you can walk from the terrance where dinner is served straight into the room, which was perfect for our close to 3 year old son who didn't have the patience to enjoy 3 hours of dinner together with people from all over the world. The staff is very nice and it is a perfect place to rest, read a book and enjoy some excellent wines from the wineyard.

The booking rules are not clearly written, and upon booking through Booking.com you have to pay 30% of the full reservation even if you decide to cancel within 24 hours. I was very worried before that something would be very wrong with the establishment because of these rules.

We loved everything about Livernano. The staff was very warm and friendly. The accomodations were clean and current and comfortable. I would like to live there. The vegetables were freshly picked from the garden. There was just nothing wrong with this place.

We were upgraded to a suite when we got there... I think that it was because we were on our honeymoon, but whatever the reason, it was amazing!!! The staff is excellent and it was by far one of the best breakfasts we had during our entire trip to Italy. It is not widely known by looking at the website, but they have an amazing dinner service, it is served and especially cooked just for you and the small amount of guests with you. There is only one option for dinner each night and the menu is posted for guests at breakfast so you can decide if you want to dine there or try somewhere else. I recommend staying... The food was great! Also, they own two wineries, and give personalized wine tasting and tours of the operational side of the business. I learned so much and highly recommend... And the best part, free for guests! The views are 360 degrees around the entire hotel... And are amazing!

Longest dirt road in history, you may have been on it for 20 minutes.. You are still not there, keep driving!!! It is the only thing on top of one of the peaks on the hill town Radda in Chianti!

This is a wonderful, remote, yet convenient, hotel. A first class operation staffed with terrific people. Food and service are superb. Beautiful grounds and rooms. Can't wait to return

Relaxing atmosphere in fantastic surroundings. Great rooms, facilities, staff. Possibility to completely disconnect.

Guest bringing barking/noisy dog along... Hotel should consider to change pet policy as it does not go hand in hand with quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

I beautiful place with very friendly staff. The best hotel on our trip to Toscana.

The overpriced meals, considering the Distance from the city and other restaurants, Gave us no options!

The "getting away from everything feeling". The location and general evironmenr was conducive to relaxation, and an opportunity to live a different experience for a few days.

The lack of real "attention to detail", so we were disappointed, particularly given the grea location. The lack of sufficient hot water. It felt like the money was the most important thing, not the guests. Breakfast was very poor.

Livernano.... C'est la Toscane, c'est le calme, la volupté des nuits douces, des chants d'oiseaux le matin! Livernano.... C'est l'aventure à travers cette belle Toscane! Livernano...c'est la surprise au détour d'un chemin,le dépaysement assuré! Livernano... C'est la vraie Toscane De plus, située entre Florence et Sienne avec tous ces villages, ces vignes, ces oliveraies en patchwork! Magnifique..........

Alem disso, destacamos o conforto dos aposentos e a belissima vista de uma das regioes mais belas da Toscana. Os Jantares preparados por um chef exclusivo, juntamente com os finos vinhos oferecidos pelo hotel (fabricacao propria Livernano ou Casalvento) sao da melhor qualidade.Recomendamos fortemente o Livernano e sem duvidas ja estamos planejando um novo tour assim que possivel.

Schitterende ligging in the middle of nowhere op een heuvel in Chianti. Prachtige vergezichten. De rust. Lekkere wijn , vnl de chianti livernano riserva. Mooie ruime kamers.

Zeer beperkt ontbijt voor deze categorie van hotel. Maaltijden savonds vrij eenvoudig gezien de prijs, wel lekker. Geen hotel om met een lage sportwagen naartoe te rijden: 5 km onverharde weg naar het hotel (wel doenbaar, maar aan een slakkegangetje dan zoals wij) Wespen aan het zwembad. Geen airco in de kamer.
