The hotel is really nice and in good condition although it looks normal outside. The staffs are friendly and they made me feel really welcome there. The hotel is located near a bus stop and you can take the bus 60 to go to Coloseum and nearby famous places like Trivi fountain, Patheon,...the bus 62 to go to Vatican, these buses just take 10-15 mins to those places. The room is really clean and cozy. Free breakfast and wired internet connection, if you dont bring the internet cable with you, they will give it to you, so no need to worry. They also can keep your lugguages in case your flight or train depart later than 11 am without any charges. Its a bit difficult for those first visit Rome to reach the hotel, because the nearest station is quite far from the hotel, so its better to reach the hotel by taxi, its about 15 euros for each person, its more convinient than taking a train from the airport to Termini station, then take a metro or tram to the hotel which cost the same amount.

A simple, quiet hotel. Rooms are clean tidy and modern. Breakfast was simple but ok. The location (10 minutes walk to the nearest Metro Station (Policlinico). You can take the bus 60 to go to Coloseum and the bus 62 to go to Vatican. One minus was that we booked a triple room and we got a double room with extra bed and we didn’t have space to move in our room. When we complained the guy in the front desk said :That is a triple room in Italy.

The staff was extremely friendly. They offered help whenever needed. The breakfast had variety and was very tastey as well. I recommend this place for people on a city trip. It's close to the city center, and has a very helpful staff.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was fine, we had internet for free - but you need a cable (just ask at the reception), staff was nice....... I thought it will be closer tot he city centre then it actually was, so that was disappointing. Otherwise it was ok.

Nice, clean room for a good price. About 1 mile from the central train station. Good free breakfast. For the money I would definitely recommend.

seemed clean Ran out of food in the included breakfast - no bread? - How do you sell the hotel with breakfast included then run out of food? - How do you run out of bread in Italy - Had a feeling it was just laziness of staff - Left a bad taste for what otherwise would have been a decent hotel

Very good connection to the city centre (4 bus stops from Termini, direct buses to Piazza Venezia (Centro Storico) and Coloseum. Room very clean and tidy. Not by the main street so there is no traffic noise. Very noisy air conditoning devices (background noise all the time). Poor service at breakfasts (ham, salami, cheese, juice was often ran out and it took "ages" to get a new delivery, the same story with coffee).

The front counter guy was the only good thing about this hotel. He was helpful. Send a few more dollars and stay closer to the attractions. I try to find the good in everything but this hotel had no working internet. Why do they still have wired internet? I booked it based on internet and location but this hotel didn't have working internet, poor a/c - so hot the first night. The location is not ideal or particulary not for a single female. I would have to say I was overall disappointed with this hotel. The worst hotel I stayed at in Italy. The front counter guy was the only good thing about this hotel. He was helpful. Send a few more dollars and stay closer to the attractions.

The hotel is located in a nice area, not too far from the centre. The room was nice and clean, and well equipped. The only backdraw was that they had no iron. The staff at the reception was not too cooperative and helpful, however the lady at the breakfast was extremely friendly. All in all it is a good value for money.

Our room was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. Cleaned each day, fresh towels and toiletries. Minibar useful. Breakfast perfectly adequate. Loads of croissants, bread, cheese and ham as well as cerals and cakes and fruit. Twinnings english breakfast tea, yay !! They make capacino or expresso if you fancy instead of basic coffee at no extra cost.We liked that it was a little out of the centre, more peaceful, no noise at all at night. Reception area and bar is very small, doesn't really make you want to stop there.

The staff, themselves, were very pleasant. The carpeting throughout the hotel was absolutely filthy and smelled of mold & dirt. The hotel needs to replace it now! While the staff seemed to do their best with what they had, the breakfast offering was obviously canned/pre-packed and tasteless. Certainly not what one comes to Italy for!

Hotel was very nice, especially for the price. Nice sized rooms and clean. The neighborhood had nice restaurants and cute little shops. The only thing I didn't like as much was that the hotel isn't very close to a metro stop and is pretty far from any tourist attractions. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the metro, but from there, it's easy to get to the tourist places.
