Clean and comfortable. Away from tourist end. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Silent location efficient staff good breakfast pleasant district with beautiful streets
nothing to comment
Breakfast was a bit expensive for what was on offer
very friendly staff (the ladies at the reception and the ladies from housekeeping) size of the room minibar & airco breakfast (enough to choose from) close to busstop with different buslines and taxi spot
wifi (no signal at all most of the time) only 2 english tv channels size of the showercabin was a bit small but it was clean breakfast area was to small for the amount of guests in hotel bit far from the metro (15+ mins)
New renovaded building. Good restourants around and a carefour market so close. Not so close to city center but you can find a bus passing near all atractions.
we stayed 2 night at the hotel. when we get in the room the plumb was brooken. When ı called the reception they didnt change my room saying that they dont have a room. But when I looked at booking.com I saw that they have suitable room. not so professional.
The area is a residential area with excellent small shops and a supermarket 150 yards away. We stayed for seven nights in early Sept 2014. We had evening meals at the Industrial Eat restaurant located 3 minutes walk away in Piazza Alessandria. A main course and two drinks for two people cost 35 to 45 Euros. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The walk to the Termini Station took 20 to 25 minutes.
This was a good place to stay - one small snag was that the room safe in room 102 was broken. I wanted a room safe, so we were relocated to room 405 next morning. There were no problems obtaining a change of room. If you want a room safe, avoid room 102'
- Cost Benefit - Staff is very kind and gives information with pleasure - Building is in good shape - Clean - Amazing Breakfast - Close to restaurants
- It could be closer to the bus stop, but no issue at all
This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in! Everything was great. The room was just what we needed, very good shower, cleaned every day, great breakfast with a lot of choice. The lady (with the black curly hair) who runs the kitchen is extremely nice and efficient. We will absolutely go back there when we visit Rome again. In this hotel you get very good value for your money.
Facilities are ok and location is not too bad. Good value for money for Rome
Reception staff is not friendly and helpful. Have to take bus as it is the closest one but access to city is ok
It was very clean. The staff of the hotel was very kind and helpfull. The breakfast was excelent, and we had plenty of options.
Situated in a very pleasant area with lots of restaurants nearby and a couple of small supermarkets. 15 minute walk to nearest Metro or if you do not mind walking it is possible to walk to the centre and attractions. Large LCD TV in bedrooms and good free wi-fi.
The room is clean, comfortable. The breakfast is good (for Italy: coffee, juice, bread, sausage, eggs, cheese, fruit, yogurt). The distance between metro and hotel is 2 km, between hotel and center 3-4 km). The wi-fi is good, but needs personal password for each devices.
The staff are not friendly. They gave not full price for room.
Everything, except breakfast. Totul, cu exceptia micului dejun.
Breakfast. They should really change the cooker and the staff and must find another place to keep the jams, cornflakes, coffee, biscuits, etc. Micul dejun. Ar trebui sa schimbe bucatarul si personalul care lucreaza. Si sa gaseasca si alta locatie pentru depozitarea gemului, cafelei, biscuitilor, cornurilor, etc.
Good location, big comfortable room
Nice, clean, good design and fantastic value for money
everything, this was perfect.
Within reach of all tourist attractions. Small supermarket close by. Friendly people. Breakfast very good. Wide variety of food.
The pizza/ pasta restaurant across the road and down a little. Very disappointed with service. Waited 1hr 20 mins for dinner whilst there were only two other people in the restaurant.
Comfortable beds, cleanliness, daily making our room up,renovate bathroom, polite receptionists.
Our room did not have a balcony and was located close to restaurant so we heard every morning noise of breakfast preparation.
could be best wifi when we stayed in italy. best breakfast. a bit far from center, but if you want to feel location and quiet, here is a choice. supermarket, restaurant, very nice.
Lots of cafes, restaurants and gelaterias within proximity of hotel. Staff very good with organising taxis to city centre and airports. Staff very helpful with assisting with flight checkin for departure the next day
Breakfast range a bit limited compared to other city and country hotels we visited and spaces limited to be able to seat all guests so at times guests were having to wait for breakfast service.
It was very clean and close enough to everything you need.
The wi-fi sucked. You couldnt even check your email.
- a really comfortable big kingsize bed - very clean
I love the stuff very nice and , location was excellent.clean and easy to get any were to the main attraction.
wi- fi very slow, and the shower tub a little to high to get in and out.
calm rooms with a nice outlook, good breakfast with a sufficient option and nice staff
reception clerks seemed to be unwilling to provide with information
Nice restaurants in surroundings, location in quarter of embassies, free wifi working very well.
Distance from nearest underground station.
