freindly helpful staff. lovely food. great building-different from the norm. ideal for overnight stay as 5 mins from airport. Air conditioning not strong enough to cope with the large room we were in. As a family room this was a great size- big enought for 4, but with the very high ceilings, it was hot-especially at night |

Friendly hotel staff. Offered us choice of room. We upgraded at no additional cost. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. A little hot, air conditioning units not very effective, one of our rooms had no air con. Hotel restaurant is over priced which meant we ate at a local pizzeria. |

Breakfast waiter was good and friendly and efficient at the reception desk. Evening dinner staff were surly and off hand . Shouldn't be in the job. Bed room smelt of smoke . ''garden'' as quoted in advert was poor and unkept - no pleasure in sitting in it. shower doors and plumbing system was poor. |

Mi è stata una camera a due piani, con il letto su di un soppalco, definendola romantica.....? L'abbiamo trovata semplicemente scomoda.Quando i vicini rientravano sembrava che entrasssero in camera nostra. |

La gentilezza del personale, l'ottimo ristorante, l'ambientazione. Non dipende dall'hotel, ma lo scampanio prolungato prima delle 8 del mattino.....è un pò fastidioso. |

Très bon emplacement pour ceux qui ont une voiture.Très beau cadre. Nous avions voulu visiter Perugia et Assisi et la situation de l'hôtel était excellente. Parking pour la voiture, très bon petit-déjeuner (pasticceria faite maison). Malgré la difficulté de trouver un endroit pour manger le soir, nous avons trouvé des restaurants dans un village proche (Sta Maria d'Angeli). L'hôtel possède son propre restaurant mais nous ne l'avons pas essayé. |

Visto dal vivo l'hotel è molto più bello e le foto non riescono a visualizzare i particolari di questa struttura (tipo fortezza), molto spaziose le camere e arredi curati.Ottima la pulizia e notevole la colazione. Per il ristorante meriterebbe una stella in più. Ci ritornerei volentieri |

Mi è piaciuta la disponibilità della proprietaria ed in generale dello staff, e ho molto gradito anche la cucina dell'hotel, davvero buona. La stanza poi era molto spaziosa, anche il bagno, ed era nuova e pulita Ho prenotato una tripla x 3 adulti e mi aspettavo 3 letti non una matrimoniale ed una brandina. Mi hanno detto che x tripla si intende quello (si aspettano un bambino). In ogni caso hanno provveduto a cambiare il letto con una rete e materasso migliore (la mia schiena ne ha cmq risentito)...insomma si sono messi a disposizione. |

Hotel in zona molto tranquilla. La struttura ricavata in un edificio antico è particolarmente integrata nell'atmosfera che si vive in quella regione. A pochi minuti di auto da Assisi. Ottimo per la visita di quella zona dell'Umbria. Parcheggio interno gratuito e, comunque, c'è anche un parcheggio comunale, sempre gratuito, proprio davanti all'hotel. Buona scelta della prima colazione che comprende, oltre ai dolci, anche qualche cibo salato più adatto ai visitatori stranieri. Disponibile anche la connessione Internet via cavo. Il televisore in camera riceve Sky, oltre ai normali programmi sul digitale terrestre. Manca il frigobar in camera, ma c'è un bar ben attrezzato nella hall dell'abergo. |

De kamer is erg ruim. Personeel onvriendelijk, voel je niet op je gemak. Moesten om brood vragen bij het ontbijt. Sombere inrichting. |

Het schitterende kader van een prachtig verbouwde middeleeuwse burcht met meer dan ruime kamers. Airco die echt werkt! Super restaurant aan betaalbare prijzen, lekkere gerechten en super goede wijnen. Kleien tuin zonder zwembad. |
