Lo Teisson was very comfortable in a beautiful rural town. Viviana was always available to help us find the services we needed in town and to suggest day trips for sightseeing. The breakfast was a well balanced array of delicious regional specialties and Viviana graciously included items needed for my GF diet. Lo Teisson is a lovely restored farmhouse and lacks an elevator to the third floor rooms.

Loved everything about this place. Viviana, our host, was so helpful in planning our daily excursions. We stayed for a week and the location was perfect for experiencing all the Aosta Valley has to offer. The breakfast was terrific with all local foods. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.

This is a beautifully run small hotel and we enjoyed our stay there. A warm welcome from Viviana, good breakfast and excellent facilities ( clean rooms and bathrooms). Good guide to local restaurants, tourist attractions, etc. Wifi works well in room. Off street parking behind the hotel. N.B. The hotel is about 4 kms from Aosta so one does need a car (although there is a bus service). There is a pizzeria ( good) and high-class restaurant ( which we did not try) close to the hotel.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. A bus stop is just outside the hotel. Just a few minutes from skiing station and from the centre of the town.

We were staying there one night on our way through Switzerland, and would have liked to have stayed there longer. The bedroom had plenty of room for us and our large bags. The bathroom was very clean and well appointed. The internal decor was tasteful. The WiFi access was very good. We were on the 2nd floor overlooking the road, but there was very little noise at night. There was good choice of food at breakfast, including fresh fruit from their garden. It is a very friendly family run guesthouse. Clearer sign outside - perhaps flat on the wall rather than the hanging sign that they have. Our GPS gave us good directions, but even then it was hard to find, especially if you arrived at night. I recognized it from my memory of a photo on the website.

My wife and were driving from Milan to Chamonix and Lo Teisson provided a perfect location for an overnight stay, before taking the mountain road via Val d'isere. Although out of season (Mid September) we were made most welcome, by an attentive manager, who was extremely friendly. The room may be 'tired' but was more than adequate for our needs.Would be happy to stay there again.

A very friendly staff, excellent room which was very clean followed by a first class breakfast We found it difficult to locate- possibly the effect of a long journey. A more prominent sign outside would help

It was set in the most amazing place in among mountains and little villages the drive wasn't so easy because of the endless tolls but it was worth it , we were just fascinated with the views the whole time . the streets are narrow and we normally drive on the other side so found it a little hard but worth it.

A charming small hotel which was in a good position just a few miles from the centre of Aosta. Very friendly staff, and everything was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely room with a balcony at the front of the hotel. A very good breakfast with plenty to choose from. I would definitely stay here again if visiting this beautiful area. Nothing that i can think of.

The service at Lo Teisson was very good. The hotel is family run and they were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The family have put a lot of effort and a lot of thought into making the old farmhouse into a great hotel which deserves a good review. The hotel is fitted with many mod cons and makes a very nice, welcoming, retreat with added luxury. Breakfast was superb - more than enough and a good variety of food on offer. A great bed - very comfortable. A superb room - exceptionally clean and a great size. Would happily stay here again in the future.

The hotel provided tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean accommodation. Vivien spoke very good English and was a welcoming and friendly host. The continental breakfast included a good selection of Italian home baking. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance, we chose the trattoria which was very reasonably priced and although no English was spoken, served one of the best pizza's I have ever had.

We stayed overnight on our way to Tuscany to work for six months. As we were not going to arrive before the end of check in time I phoned ahead. Unfortunately the lady who answered the phone could not speak any english and after a few minutes of no idea of what was said the connection was lost. Not to worry a few minutes later I received a return call from the lady who had found some to speak english so everything was sorted. When we arrived the same lady checked us in and as it was 21.00 hrs by now we were worried about eating, so she very kindly phoned a few restaurants to see if they were still open. She then indicated for us to follow her in her car and she showed us the way to the restaurant. (beyond the call of duty I think) as she was waiting to go home. The hotel its self was very nice and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The only very small complaint was that the pillows were very hard. All in all excellent value for money. Only the pillows
