the free bus which you needed as it was far from the town but the times were ridiculous last bus 6.30pm so you were stuck in at night . 8days with no change of sheets or towels. |

Very nice hotel, beautiful garden and mountain view around, clean room. The attentive personnel. The pizzeria after 12 September is already closed, it is a very pity. |

nice holiday village for families with small kids, well equipped apartments and really nice staff restaurant and market are not the best one- poor choice, Loano is not the most exiting place at the riviera but it has a convenient connections to more interesting places, animations are just in Italian |

Clean and compact area, pizza restaurant quite good in this type of area not perfect for short stay and if your kids are over 15, more to families with small children |

The pool was fine... Unbelievable that staff speaks so poorly english and have a bad attitude - Not very prof. The hotel payment card is really stupid and very annoying. Whats wrong with cash euros? Its Not a hotel/resort we will visit again i think. |

I liked the swimming-pool area with the sunbeds, the entertainment, the rooms and also the style of the buildings. The shuttle-service to the beach was excellent. All in all, we would love to stay another time at Loano 2 village and we would recommend it to our friends. - The waiters in the bar seemed to be very stressed and unfriendly, It would be nice to have more tennis courts, table-football, billiard table. We also didn't understand why the fridge and the air-condition weren't working while we weren't in our room. |

Easy to find, 5 km from highway. Air condition did not in use, therefore in the room was too warm. |

It was a pleasant location , staff were interested and generally we were happy- but not overwhelmed. trolleys for luggage, small lifts and narrow corridors.. |

The staff was very friendly, the accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The surroundings was very beautiful. We had to pay for the use of the swimming pool as an additional cost, which should have been included in the rental rate of the apartment. |

l'amabilité du personnel, sa disponibilité. La magnifique aire de jeux, le parc qui est splendide même en ce milieu d'automne. le lit bébé qui était usagé, peu confortable et payant! le manque de matériel de puériculture à disposition dans les appartements (ex: chaise haute, matelas à langer) pour un hotel qui est référencé "famille". l'absence de jeux à dispo à la piscine et la restriction des horaires de la piscine couverte (15h-19h). |

appartement fonctionnel pour une famille nombreuse (hormis la sdb); piscine sympa pour les enfants buffet-dîner un peu étriqué!...et personnel un peu pressé de terminer ses horaires (à 21h on sent que l'on commence à gêner!!....) |

Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, kinderfreudlich. Schöne Anlage, hebt sich hervor im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels vor Ort. Außer an der Rezeption sprach niemand vom Service deutsch. Weit entfernt vom Ortskern und vom Strand. |

la sympathie du personnel, la proximité des plages et de la ville, les petits villages typiques,l'excellent rapport qualité prix dans les restaurants et magasins environnants. les voisins du dessus étant très bruyants, nous avons été dérangés tôt le matin et tard le soir, par leurs va-et- vient.manque d'isolation accoustique'? |
