Loved the fresh flowers in the entrance. The housekeeper was lovely and breakfast ample! Perhaps extra fruit. We had a lovely stay!
Very sweet and helpfull lady, gives a lot of tips and recommendations. Nice, clean room. Just outside the touristic city centre but very good reachable. Lovely place to stay!!
Location is great, quiet but central Window facing the canal is amazing, spend hours here Room is clean, nice and romantic
Breakfast is the same as in all other places in Italy - white bread, crossiants and youghurt
She over paid me for the room.cleary on my papper work was showing the amount in € .but she still wanted me to pay the amount in £ in then convert it to € on the time of stay.ended paying €30 more, then i would have on the time of booking coz the pound is stronger now,But she wouldn't listen
The breakfast was really nice, also the staff at the reception was really kind, close to two ferry stations.
It is a little bit hard to find and the wifi was not that good, plus the reception is only open till 1 in the afternon.
Hotel housekeeper took care of all our needs and laks provided all the tourist information and last but not the least organized breakfast for us ahead of time as we need to get in with the travel. Nice location with a 10 Minutes walks to Rialto bridge and 5 Minutes walk to the water taxi boat facilities which is the only transport in the canal island tourist area
We arrived late but directions were very straightforward. As a family of four adults we found the rooms excellent and loved that it was right beside a canal. However it was very quiet. Breakfast is served in the room, it was sufficient. We were able to store our bags for the morning which we really appreciated. Would stay here again.
Lovely quiet location, friendly staff. Had a great start of Italy in there.
The breakfast was served in the room. But given that it was relatively rich.
This is a charming bed & breakfast in an off the beaten path location. Perfect if you want a quiet location.
quietness and receptionists
Internet connection did not work during several days...
Great service, clean room, nice view from the windows, etc
Breakfast in the room. Location was convenient. Staff helpful and friendly.
Bathroom - a wetroom - was difficult for a shower.
Really quite neighborhood off the general tourist tracks yet close to everything
Breakfast could have been better and the coffee served did not match Italian standards
The hotel is twenty metres from the lake and is surrounded by nice restaurants. The area is lively at night, but we had no problems with the noise. Parking is not too far from the hotel, but is 10 euro per night. The hotel is clean; breakfast was good. The room was good size but nothing special; with its white furniture it looked a little like a hospital room. We are glad that we stayed there, but probably won't be coming back to Garda. There are many places around the lake that would have been more memorable.
Everything was okay, but no 'Wows!!!' No free parking
The size of the room was adequate and the hotel wasn't too far away from the main areas worth exploring. The room was also cheaper than other places on offer. The breakfast was adequate as well, but nothing special.
The bathroom was tiny and although there was barely enough space for a sink and a toilet, they went ahead and installed a shower head anyway. Therefore, every time we took showers, everything in the bathroom got drenched. There was also a hair dryer connected to an electrical outlet above the sink in the bathroom which could not be removed from the wall. This was in danger of getting wet, too, which could have been hazardous. There was no one at the front desk after 1 each afternoon, which was something new for us at a hotel. As this was Venice, there were a lot of mosquitoes at night and because the windows lacked screens, this was also a problem. Constantly being awoken by the familiar buzzing and biting of mosquitoes does not make for a restful sleep. In addition, the WiFi was not always reliable. Finally, the staff were a bit too determined to change the towels and clean the room every single day. We have stayed at places before where you could put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign outside your door, but that wasn't an option here. The front desk staff were adamant about leaving work at 1 every afternoon and that we should be out of the room well before that time so that they could clean the room. Because of this, we felt we couldn't really have a lie in, even though we were on vacation. This wasn't a very nice feeling and made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The mirror on the ceiling was a bit...odd. :)
The host was very nice and helpful when we needed her. The location is great.
Good location in a calm area, walking distance from Rialto and San Marco. Great reception, got a spacious Venetian style room overlooking the canal. Breakfast was a bit basic (no eggs or cheese), but beautifully served. Would definitely stay there again.
Staff, breakfast to the room in the morning, fridge, location.
You cannot really choose what to have for the breakfast. There is no rail to hang coats.
Nice staff, nice service. I would like to stay here next time when I come to to Venize.
it's located in a very quiet district, 20 minutes water bus from the central station. This is a family hotel, the staff sent us the main door password a few days before we arrived, and she left the key at the front dest with the breakfast menu.
A little bit old but it's a great value of money.
Nice small place. Breakfast served in your room adds a kind of special flair.
Very small bathroom.
We adored the view from all the windows of our room and even the bathroom. It was of course over the canal :). Service was very attentive and kind.
The locanda is a bit hidden and there is no highly visible sign, so it can be challenging to find, especially at night. However, they provided us with a map, which was very useful in finding the place.
Great location, very friendly staff.
