Room number 5 is spacious, typical Venetian style decorated and with a view on the canal. Great location. Adina was very friendly and helpfull with answering our questions about the city. The breakfast in the room was good.

We like to go up early in our vacation but if you like to sleep in, better don't take room 5. Around 8 am the garbage collectors starts working across the canal.

Location is very convenient,15 min to the main attractions. Easy to find, especially using GPS coordinates. Staff is English speaking and service-oriented.

Adina, who worked the front desk, was amazing. She was extremely informative, helpful, and efficient. I could not ask for better service. Also, we enjoyed the location being off the beaten track. It was not a touristy hotel at all, and very close to the vaporetti to travel to Murano and Burano, but still within easy walking distance to all parts of Venice.

While Adina provided us a map of the location of the hotel prior to our arrival, and once we learned where the hotel was located it was easy to find. But,for some reason, the locals did not know this hotel and we experienced a lot of difficulty finding the hotel at 11:00 at night in the rain, even with the assistance of locals.

Perfect location in a quiet area of Venice and still very close to all major attractions. Adina in the reception was fantastic, charming and very helpful Excellent and priceworthy restaurant just nearby Very easy access with the boatservice from the airport. 1 stop at Murano before arrival at Fondamente Nove and 300m from the hotel (one bridge)

Locanda Acquavita is managed professionally. We received a mail before our travel date from the hotel which informed us about the working hours of the reception, information about the keys etc. a map was also attached. This put us at ease. Besides, the place is very neat and clean and well-managed. We offered a breakfast at the appointed hour (I.E. when we had asked for it). Our room was cleaned daily and the lady at the reception was very polite. She could converse in English and familiarised us with the water taxi routes on a map. Overall, it was a good experience and we would like to go there again. Another plus point of staying at this location is that is near the islands of Murano and Burano- which are a must visit for anyone visitng Venice.

Not many people know about this place. It is at a short distance from the water taxi station but we had trouble locating it as just nobody seemed to know where it was! Ultimately, we had to lug our bags quite a long way before we ultimately reached there and discovered that there was a much shorter route to get to the place.

Dont forget to close youre doar bcz someone try to unlock it at night, 2 small shower cabine

I've been to Venice 4 times and it is the best hotel Ive stayed at. A hidden treasure. Lovely Adina makes it home for travellers from all countries in many languages. Will be back definitely.

Brilliant friendly staff (Adina), sent an email with all the information prior to arrival, to make sure we don't get lost etc. Brilliant room (got free upgrade to a more premium room as it wasn't busy), breakfast delivered to the room at the time of your choice, just a beautiful stay.

Can't remember anything that I didn't enjoy...

We had very nice room nr. 4 - called Murano, in the living room with two windows on the canal, the room was light and enough big. The room was decorated in a Venezian style. The breakfast was brought every day to our room. Adina, the host, was very nice, helpful with the tips where to go in Venezia. The location is great. In the center but outside the crowds. Nearby you can find the supermarket Coop and in the front of the supermarket also nice vinoteque with tasty tap wines. If you come to Venezia i can recommend this place!

Good sized rooms; en-suite shower/toilet. Excellent staff.

The room was huge and nicely furnished. And the breakfast was perfect! We were given a map with everything identified where the water bus stops were and the main attractions. We had to catch the water taxi at 4:30 in the morning and we had a light breakfast provided to us so we didn't run out hungry. Now thats service! :)

Very small room. Small bed. Ground floor with a very big size window with no tint glass. Air conditioner that didn´t work. Tv with remote control without batteries.A Very small bathroom, without a bathtub, only with a shower on the wall. The brekfast is the worst and because there is no space, the tray is on put on the bed. There is no staff after 14h00.

We didn't like that we shared the apartment with 3 different work men, 1 of which was a local taxi driver who had been contacted by Acquavita to come and repair the air conditioning. We didn't like being moved to another hotel at 7pm on our 2nd night as Acquavita could not provide adaquate accomodation.

Very helpful, pleasant staff. I was upgraded to a more expensive room at no extra cost due to an unexpected vacancy. It's in a great location - quiet, but close to the action and very close to a key water bus stop. The second room was terrific - large and overlooking a small side canal. It was all very picturesque - excellent value, especially for Venice.

The breakfast was less than inspiring. It would be helpful if it was staffed until later in the day - it's empty after 2.00pm.

Fabulous location for waterboat and walks with no crowds around, room that exceeded our expectations - very clean, big, with a view of canal and even sea if you lean out, wonderfully joyful and helpful receptionist, lovely neighbourhood with a lot of good places for food and even shopping.

not really serious but a bit more light in the room - maybe then a replacement of the regular bulbs with the energy saving ones in the ceiling lamp would be nice:)

Wonderful hotel with only five rooms so very individual service. Stayed two nights and would stay again in a heart beat

Only downside is also an upside. It's a bit out of the way... Great for walkers and adventurers, but a little less leisurely.

The bathroom was its own shower stall. No staff on duty after 2:00 PM. Hidden fee of 4 Euro.

Location was perfect since we were arriving by ferry from San Giuliano. 5 minute walk. After Check-Out we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until we were ready to leave Venice.

We really liked the location. Within walking distance to everything. Reasonable priced for what you are getting compared to other B & B´s. Good sized variety continential breakfast served in your room. The manageress spoke very good english and was very helpfull in all ways to make our stay very enjoyable. We always had a reply to our emails requesting information etc. Excellent location if flying in or out of Venice. Five minutes walk to the water taxi.
