Everything was just fine. Very pleased with breakfast, did not expect ... scrambled eggs, croissants, delicious coffee - THANK YOU: O) And what a fantastic view from the living room ... Thanks to all the staff for a funky holiday, will definitely return again and again.

The biggest disadvantage was with adjustable water in the shower - hot water or cold but did not succeed to adjust just warm.

Hotel was at great location of Venezia..Very easy to reach from train station by walking,nearly 1 km.Staff was friendly and helpful.Rooms are clean,large and nice decorated.Breakfast is enough for an italian breakfast.There is a terrace that we get our breakfast with Grande canal fantastic view.i̇f u dont look for luxery,this hotel is enough for rest and enjoy your trip.When u enter the hotel location area,you will feel in a historical century..I Will come back again to this hotel.

Everything was good enough,maybe a little bit expensive for includings.But in Venezia,everything was expensive than other cities of Italy.

Location near Rialto bridge means you are central to most attractions. The hotel overlooks Grand Canal so if you are lucky enough to have the main front room - its a wonderful sight.Breakfast is substantial.

The floors in the room were sloping (but given it is an old building). The water faucet in bathroom is very sensitive and difficult to get the right temp for a nice shower (either too hot or too cold)

We liked the convenience of the location, security, quietness, the helpful staff and the seven am wake up from the bell-tower.

As many guests have noted already the breakfast is hardly worthy of the name, the worst offence being the cold stale croissants and general lack of healthy choices.

Rooms very spacious and clean with comfortable bed and clean sheets. Bath/shower room large and clean. Very good location on the Grand Canal a short walk to the Realto Bridge.

Did have breakfast included but had no tea/coffee making facilities in room.Breakfast was continanental buffet style but Italian guests seem to get whatever they wanted for breakfast without ever offering any breakfast options to other guests, they seemed to be able to order from a different breakfast menu and it was served to them.

Very nice clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location with wonderful view of the grand canal. Quite at night and close to many wonderful restaurants. Good value for money.

Great location. Hotel located on the Grand canal, breakfast views over the canal. Sizeable economy room, air con, large bathroom, window tv. Very clean. Lovely staff. Definately recommend and go again on my next visit to Venice. Reasonable price for High summer season.

The staff were very helpful, kindly, polite. We only stayed for two nights the bedding was changed daily. Wished we stayed longer will definitley return to hotel. The hotel was very central.

We spent one night in the Locanda Ai Santi Apostoli before our cruise. It was clean and the bed comfortable. The view of the canal from the community lounge made it a great stay. Breakfast was very good. Location very good and Vittorio gave us excellent directions from the Airport to the Hotel. He gave us a few choices and as we had been to Venice in 2008 we opted for the atvo from the Marco Polo Airport then the Vaporetto to the stop very near the Hotel. The reception staff Paula and Vittorio plus the breakfast crew are to be highly recommended.

It was a bit confusing as to where the elevator was and a little tricky/difficult to get the luggage into the elevator.

We stayed 1 night at this nice hotel. It's a in the 3rd floor of a building next to Grand Canal. The people are very good, the breakfast is ok and very clean. The building is old but not disturbing, even it's charming. You can walk everywhere from the hotel or use the vaporetto from the stop nearby. Trainstation is 15-20 mins walk and St. Marco is 10-15 mins walk away.

Actually the hotel was very nice, I liked almost everything and enjoyed the stay. I can only say that the breakfast must be improved by adding some salty staff.

Location was fantastic, price not bad for Venice,Breakfast average, internet which was free only worked at reception, but at leasted it worked..all in all pretty good

Very central overlooks main river and rialto brigde lovely bedroom nice breakfast, no noise from street or river very central, and very clean

staff very helpful!! Hotel overlooked Grand Canal and was helpful in giving directions to find hotel.
