Fantastic canalside view. You need a room with a canal view although there is a lounge available to all residents with the same view. Unforgetable! This is not a criticism but this is not a hotel, more a B & B. There are no bar facilities. If you want to sit at night with a glass of wine and view the canal, you'll have to bring your own supplies. Not quite the same as some canalside hotel facilities. Still recommended. |

The welcoming environment, great location, well suited for us as a family,the staff were always at hand and ready to assist.I would recommend this lovely hotel to any traveller whether they be solo or a family with young children. |

Location is good, very convenient spot for transport via water bus -- it's only a few steps away from the stop Ca d'Or. Quiet in the evening. Relatively good value considering the expense rate in Venice. Breakfast leaves much to desire; no hot food apart from coffee. |

A small attractive hotel on the top floor of a Venitian "Palace" within sight of the Rialto bridge on the grand canal. Very friendly helpfull staff, and a excellent central location for all the sights. I would stay again, and would recomend the hotel to friends and family. |

Very good location with easy access to Venice attractions. Small, cosy hotel with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Room was basic but clean. Definitely good value for money consider Venice's prices. Hotel is located on the 3rd floor and there were no signs of it - difficult to find even you are already in the building . |

The rooms were clean and lovely. There was a bath tub and the bathroom was nice. Close to Rialto bridge and good for sightseeing. It was hard to find the enterance. |

We got a family room (2 separate bedrooms attached by a hallway). It was very nice for the childrento have thier own room. Also, overall location was great. Near the vaporetto stop - but still within walking distance to major attractions. |

When we arrived we were welcomed warmly and the manager helped us with a problem we had from the previous hotel we'd stayed at. The break fast was lovely everyday and the room was cleaned everyday. All staff were very friendly. |

Ideal central location, intimate small hotel, comfortable and clean room, good bathroom with great shower, helpful and relaxed staff and a lovely traditional building overlooking the Grand Canal all gave good value in an expensive city. |

This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by. The price was reasonable and the continental breakfast was great. The hotel is quiet with only 11 rooms and we were able to come and go as we pleased with lots of privacy. |

Aangenaam hotel, gelegen aan de canal grande dicht tegen het centrum, maar toch rustig. Mogelijkheid om in de onmiddelijke omgeving gebruik te maken van het openbaar vervoer. |
