the rooms are on the small side, and ours did not have much of a view.
location, good breakfast, historic building
Noise from the street
not easy to find...entrance from street not obvious also paid cheaper rate to secure booking, but cost was actually £13 more than Booking.com quoted...beware outrageous Barclaycard exch rates and transaction fees!
TV was erratic, few foreign stations
Elegantly furnished, very comfortable and well located.
A year ago I was surprised how well they cleaned the rooms, including washing the floor every day. Now this is not the case anymore, for the 3 nights we stayed there the floor wasnt cleaned even once. The bathroom was full of someone's hair, WC was leaking and had yellow stains all over it.
location - right on torre argetina, easy walking to any of the sights. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, jewish quarter across the street, tevere is 2 minutes walk. beddings - soft and not harsh on sensitive skin
Noisy because of trams
Very good location, nice big room, good breakfast
Nobody could help me with my luggage after long trip with kids in this "four star" hotel. Airco was not cooling the room. Bath and toilet had many yellow stains. Massively overpriced. Really. It's worth going there for cheap but I payed through my nose for what feels like a 3 star hotel.
Location Breakfast Smiling hosts
Our room faced the main road the noise from the trams woke us up very early
Excellent location and accomodatio
WiFi was VERY unstable. Small room intended for 3 people. Some of the reception staff was NOT service minded and made us feel as if we were bothering them with our tourist questions.
Hotel location is excellent and it is a good hotel for the traveler who is not looking to spend too much time at the hotel, but wants a decent place at an excellent and convenient location. Authentic city building and good breakfast. Dining room staff was VERY nice. I would go back and stay at the hotel next time...
Friendly people help a lot the best!!!
Although the room had everything we needed, it was far to small for two adults to stay in comfortably
Location was the best thing for all major sights. Staff were happy and more than helpful
Hospitality! Especially the old man on reception has served us orange juice. Great welcome message!
wifi reception wasn't good in the room, had to sit on floor by door.
Really helpful and friendly staff simple but tasty breakfast location is superb. comfy hard beds good shower
state of facilities
We did not have wifi during one day
It is near everything, and yet, it is quiet.
Wifi was weak in our room but ok in reception and breakfast area.
Great Location Nice Breakfast, Friendly Staff. Felt safe.
No hot water one morning.
Close to ghetto.
the female staff very kind the comfort and the tools in the rooms
Everything was to my complete satisfaction!
Do yourself a favor and stay in this gem which is the heart of Rome. Stylish, elegant, excellent breakfast, competent staff, what more can a traveller ask for?
Very small room. when the door is open, it almost touches the bed... Although it says "parking" on the properties, THERE IS NO PARKING. only garages at 40 euro per day
The receptionist was very kind and helpful
