The breakfast was ok and location was good too. The room was big and comfortable. The hotel is quite small, with only 5 rooms and the one we got faced the wall. Well, no problem with that since we're in Venice, but this was the back from a restaurant and we could lesten to their noise as if they were working in our room during the night. So not really plesant or romantic if you are in a honey moon. The whole Hotel was quite small. Only 5 tables in the breakfast area/reception. |

friendly staff having good command on english langauge. being tavellers with luggages, it was annoying to find out that there is no lift; the chandelier in the room is soooo low that i banged my head several times with it. the shower cabinet was a disaster;water leaked and covered the entire bathroom while showering. AC was not working,yet they provided us with a fan. it's expensive (which is the case for all Venice) i recommend checking-in in cities nearby Venice instead. |

I enjoyed my stay, the room was located near Saint Marcos Square and very clean I had a matrimonial bed for 2 women. Bookings didn't specify the beds. |

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The owner and his wife were very pleasant. The room was very clean, the breakfast was a good spread of fruits, pastries, breads, yogurt, coffee, tea and juices etc. |

The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Gave us a map of the city with sghtseeing suggestions as soon as we arrived. The hotel is close to all the sights. The shower cubicle in the room we used was really small but everything else was okay. |

The hotel was located in the heart of Venice very near St. Mark's Square. We could very quickly be in the heart of things, but the hotel itself is on a back alley away from the congestion. The staff of the hotel was very helpful, and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel after leaving our room until we were ready to leave town later that day. The hotel was difficult to find. The location information on your website was not completely accurate and did not give enough detail. |

Personnel très gentil et conseillant bien. Très bonne situation à 2 pas de St Marc et des vaporetto sans pour autant être trop au milieu de la foule. Chambre suffisamment spacieuse et assez bien décorée. Accueil en français ! Chambre un peu sombre mais c'est Venise ;) |
