Clean room,free parking,good breakfast, nice atmosphere.

The restaraunt did not work-we have chosen the place because we wanted to try their cuisine, so we were a little bit upset.The room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The room had tiny window on the siling and it was a little bit dark and stuffy in the room.Bt still it was very comfy.

Nice restaurant. Staff were pleasant. Hotel is out of the main town area a little bit. 30 minute walk. 5 min by car or a few hundred metres to the bus. Not bad value for the area.

Rooms were a bit noisy but then you get that almost everywhere.

Very reasonable price for the region. Rooms were clean and comfortable, good off-street parking, lovely outdoor area/garden, very nice decor. Great base for exploring the Cinqueterre if you have a car and are on a budget.

Quite some distance from the railway station (though walkable), in a very quiet part of town - might not appeal to some.

This hotel was not very inviting. The first impression was scary and dirty in the court yard. The owner seemed nice but the hotel is old and not in a very good area. The room was clean and the shower was small so I won't return.

Small, tight parking but free. Dirty court yard and reception area. Dark hallway and kind of scary.

The hotel is tucked away in La Spezcia. The rooms were quiet from any traffic noise and close to the trains to Cinque Terra.

We stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor while very clena and neat, it was a bit small with only a skylight for ventilcation. I imagine it could be quite hot in the summer.

Charming old inn, with a nice garden-courtyard where delicious food was served.

On the second (European, 3rd by US count) floor, the room didn't have windows, but only a skylight on the sloped ceiling. Couldn't look out. Also, had to close it when it rained and it was then stuffy.

Helpful staff. 15 minutes walking distance to the train station. Secure parking for free.

Perfect atmosphere and food

A little far from downtown.

Everything was as we expected, that is it was fine. Clean room, nice family-run hotel, beautiful yard. The cat is very funny :) Indeed it was quite difficult to find it, but we were lucky since two Italian ladies, we met on the street while asking the way, gave us a ride. In fact it's not far from the railway station (maximum a 15 minutes walk), but only if you know the way.

It would be nice to have at least a very small fridge in the room.

It was close to the cinque terra which is why we were there, the staff were great, room was excellent and the hotel includes an excellent little restaurant

They were having trouble with there wi fi but gave us there card so we could use the internet - this was great

Good value for your money. The owner and staff of the hotel were very helpful. There is a garden-restaurant downstairs which serves good Italian-Ligurian cuisine. Free parking was also a great plus.

Though parking was free, anything bigger than an Italian hatchback will be a handful to bring into the car park. SUV's and minivans will not fit as there is an awkward awning extending at the car park entrance, preventing tall cars to come in.

Very service oriented and friendly staff. English speaking !.

Fat, very sick cat lived there as well, not able to clean itself anymore. Couldní avoid paying attention to it.
