给我们住的是阁楼，比较压抑！酒店里火车站较远，步行需要半小时！

I liked that the building was 400 years old.

The hotel is not 10 walk from the port, as I think the description states. If you are going to Cinque Terre, you would have to walk to the train station (which is a 20 mins walk) or take a bus to get to the port from where the boat leaves. Accessing the hotel is quite difficult, if you are going by car, take into account that the hotel is in a hill. Also, if you are going with a tall car (like a SUV), you may not be able to park the car inside the hotel - because to access the garage there is a really narrow and low access.

Located in La Spezia not far from the road to the Cinque Terre. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel lobby and breakfast area of the hotel was very pleasant. Lovely large, vine-covered patio outside the lobby. Room was large and spotless. We were able to park our car on the grounds at no charge. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Wonderful experience, I would absolutely go there again. Great staff, great food, great rooms, and a beautiful atmosphere!

Would love better directions on website for people coming from the train station on foot.

The house had a beautiful terrace which would have been fabulous on a fine day/night for relaxing with a drink. We ate one evening meal at the in-house restaurant and thought it was great - good value for money also.

The house is old so the doors were a bit 'interesting' to unlock/open. Finding it was also challenging for us, especially in the rain.

Locanda Dal Moccia is an old typical Italian house, quite dark but in a nice way, nice woodwork and elegantly tiled floors. There is a very pleasant garden, completely shaded by vines for breakfast and dinner, not for sunbathing ! Breakfast and dinner were always very good indeed. But the best thing about L D Moccia is the atmosphere, all of the staff are fantastic, especially Fabio the chef. They are obviously all good friends and this makes it a really happy place to be. Would be very happy to stay there again.

There is some noise from plumbing etc from other rooms but this depends on how considerate the other guests are. Noisy people can make it annoying to sleep, but the next night can be no problem at all. Most houses/hotels with stone or tiled floors are noisy if people where hard shoes above your room.

Service was good. It was clean and close to train station.

Le personnel était très sympathique. La nourriture est vraiment excellente. Les chambres ont du cachet et sont propres. C'est simple de s'y rendre en prenant l'autobus à partir de la gare de train.
