ロカンダ デ ラ スパーダ (Locanda De La Spada)    

水上バスの乗り場の目の前がホテルで、移動がとても便利でした。ロビーからの眺めもとても素晴らしかったで- す。ホテルのスタッフもとても礼儀正しく快適でした。またヴェネチアに行った際には、是非泊まりたいです。-

テレビの調子が悪く、見たい番組が見られませんでした。

The location was excellent for a visit to Venice. It is close to everything important, i.e: food, transportation, shopping.

Everything was great. Very spacious room and a nice welcome with a bottle of champagne (we were travelling on our honeymoon). We enjoyed the view on a small romantic channel with gondolas passing by (there are some rooms with windows overlooking the Grand Canal). Excellent location, easy to find and get to (next to a water bus stop),and great for sightseeing and shopping (just a short stroll from San Marco with all designer stores on the way).

The hotel was lovely & rooms clean. The staff where very pleasant and greated each morning with a smile & hello at breakfast. The food was lovely and the views from the hotel balcony amazing. I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily return.

For a 4 star the hotel was basic has one English Channel which was bbc world news breakfast was served in which can only be described as a room with a breakfast table in it so you have to eat it in the corridor after leaving the hotel me and my partner are since now covered in bites from head to toe. Nice hotel but deffinately not worth the money.

They charge a 4/5* rate but provide a 2/3 (max)* service. We really felt cheated! The room itself was not attractive at all, with very simple furniture, no feeling at all of being in Venice - when paying over 600€ a night, you should be entitled to expect a minimal level of luxury!

The location. Breakfast location was down the hall and very good. Helpful staff friendly atmosphere

the location is very convenient, everything is fine.

Room was very comfortable and staff very helpful.

When you get to the hotel the entrance is down a seedy, dark alley, then you come across this gem of a hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The Rooms are on the 3rd floor & there is no lift, so you have to climb the stairs but they are worth the effort. We had the hotel to ourselves the style is lovely the view fantastic. Clean, modern, slick. The iPod dock was a nice touch.

The entrance is down a dark alley & there is no lift the poor porter had to carry our big heavy bags all the way up to the 3rd floor. The cost of the hotel is a bit expensive but when compaired with other hotels in Venice it was a good for the money. I only stayed 1 night not sure I could afford a long holiday there, but realy loved the hotel.

It was beautiful, the room, the bathroom, the tub!!! The ceilings, the outside music at night from the gondola's, it was wonderful....

Missed having an elevator, it was quite the climb up the stairs and we didn't want to have to do it too often each day...

There are two great things about the hotel: superb location and splendid renovated building itself. We stayed at a room with the Canal Grande view and that was absolutely amazing. It does cost a lot, but it's worth paying, especially if you are having romantic holidays.

The hotel is located in the heart of Venice and therefore it might be noisy, but it didn't really bothered us.

Excellent accommodations - modern, well designed.

Too many stairs...too many stairs...too many stairs! Lack of adequate public areas. Elevator service too limited...does not procvide service from lobby to rooms.

This place was terrific! Very easy to find in an excellent location. Renovated building, rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful breakfast with balcony overlooking grand canal. No elevator, but lift for luggage which was appreciated. Staff anxious to help. Highly recommend!!

Beds are very firm, which is fine. But could use memory foam or some type of pillow top to improve comfort for extended stays.

the location in San Marco was excellent. With the waterbus just outside. the bathroom was excellent and large towels were great.

The size of the room was too small for the price. There was nowhere to place that extra suitcase. also having to walk up the 5 flights of stairs! The room was noisy as close to the stair well, hall way.

Has a direct boat stop which is good Kind of quiet not many rooms in the hotel

Everything about the Hotel was amazing. The Staff were very helpful, and friendly. They made us feel at home. The room was very moden, clean and the bathroom was amazing. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Locanda de la Spada. Didn't really want the holiday to end.

excellent views very well positioned lovely spacious rooms and a very decent continental breakfast.

We loved everything but there is only a staircase up and its a long haul after a hard sightseeing day!

While we stayed in the hotel we liked everything from a to z what is most I like about it is the location and the breakfast many thanx to everyone. Their who helped us they were so friendly
