Iedereen was uitermate vriendelijk. Kamers : perfect ! Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we te maken met ' aqua alta' en stonden er laarzen ter beschikking.

Geen personen lift, de kamers op 3°verdiep !! Bar niet open.

The modern design of the room the fact you had free fresh fruit when you wanted it the range of breakfast available

that there was no variety in the hot food for breakfast only scrambeled egg and hot dog style sausage

The hotel was located 50 meters from the water taxi station, and was within close walking distance to many main attractions. The room was spacious and quite clean with a jet tub in the bathroom. The view from the top of the building was very romantic and gave you the chance for some terrific arial pictures of the canal.

All of the rooms are located on the 3 rd floor and unfortunately there are no lifts. So after a long day of exploring the streets of Venice it can be quite trying to get back to your room.

Many steps to get up to all rooms, on for us but would not be suitable for all.

Beautiful marble building, clean and modern hotel rooms, big comfortable bed, delicious buffet breakfast, quiet and small but very pleasant, helpful and friendly staff

Hotel initially quite difficult to find as the entrance is down a poorly sign posted narrow alley

The location was excellent for a visit to Venice. It is close to everything important, i.e: food, transportation, shopping.

Everything was great. Very spacious room and a nice welcome with a bottle of champagne (we were travelling on our honeymoon). We enjoyed the view on a small romantic channel with gondolas passing by (there are some rooms with windows overlooking the Grand Canal). Excellent location, easy to find and get to (next to a water bus stop),and great for sightseeing and shopping (just a short stroll from San Marco with all designer stores on the way).

It was perfect!!

The hotel was lovely & rooms clean. The staff where very pleasant and greated each morning with a smile & hello at breakfast. The food was lovely and the views from the hotel balcony amazing. I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily return.

Bed was comfy and the bath was nice

For a 4 star the hotel was basic has one English Channel which was bbc world news breakfast was served in which can only be described as a room with a breakfast table in it so you have to eat it in the corridor after leaving the hotel me and my partner are since now covered in bites from head to toe. Nice hotel but deffinately not worth the money.

They charge a 4/5* rate but provide a 2/3 (max)* service. We really felt cheated! The room itself was not attractive at all, with very simple furniture, no feeling at all of being in Venice - when paying over 600€ a night, you should be entitled to expect a minimal level of luxury!

Live break fast were same to same on 3 days, Don't like porter Behavior....

When you get to the hotel the entrance is down a seedy, dark alley, then you come across this gem of a hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The Rooms are on the 3rd floor & there is no lift, so you have to climb the stairs but they are worth the effort. We had the hotel to ourselves the style is lovely the view fantastic. Clean, modern, slick. The iPod dock was a nice touch.

The entrance is down a dark alley & there is no lift the poor porter had to carry our big heavy bags all the way up to the 3rd floor. The cost of the hotel is a bit expensive but when compaired with other hotels in Venice it was a good for the money. I only stayed 1 night not sure I could afford a long holiday there, but realy loved the hotel.

It was beautiful, the room, the bathroom, the tub!!! The ceilings, the outside music at night from the gondola's, it was wonderful....

Missed having an elevator, it was quite the climb up the stairs and we didn't want to have to do it too often each day...

There are two great things about the hotel: superb location and splendid renovated building itself. We stayed at a room with the Canal Grande view and that was absolutely amazing. It does cost a lot, but it's worth paying, especially if you are having romantic holidays.

The hotel is located in the heart of Venice and therefore it might be noisy, but it didn't really bothered us.
