Close to train, friendly staff on arrival, breaky was reasonable, large room, secure.
Noise from nearby restaurant echos during the night till late.
One of the stuffs was really rude. The hotel is located in second floor of an old building which it was really hard to take the luggages upstair, n when we asked for their help, his behavior was so shameful. And I think he is a little bit sensitive to foreigner, he made fun of us because we couldn't talk in italian. Also He used to made so much noise during breakfast, and he made everyone uncomfortable.
Loved the location, the views the peacefulness of the place and the owners. A wonderful place to stop and rest for a few days. Everything you need is provided. A great pool internet was pretty good table tennis was fun! Highly recommended!
We got lost for ages trying to find the place and it is not in the Gps! The owner did however come and help us in the end.
Located minutes from center of the town. Close to excellent restaurants.
Poor breakfast, almost exclusively with sweets. Small room. Overpriced.
Great location, kind people, quiet room and nice atmosphere. I was in room number 4 with privet bath, air conditioner and a small balcony
Very good location, clean rooms, good price.
the hotel don't have elevators and there is anyone at night at the front desk and we cannot enter the hotel, just with a password.
Location and Price
Bathroom very small
A place with friendly people, good service and a nice atmosphere.
Best little Hotel ever.Nice people, who solve all your problems, if there are any at all.Funny, friendly Staff, the place is close to everything, and you do not hear the partys around. Those are great too. Thanks
Lady at desk was very helpful and friendly. Good value for money. Single room was clean and new bathroom really good.
As I'm not Italian, I thought breakfast was a bit minimal, but I'm a big bacon and eggs eater from a farm. It's not a 5 star buffet but ok
No elevator, no bellman, overdue for repairs, musty, dark hallways. Private bath was one tiny space that included the shower, toilet and sink so everything got wet when you showered. The bathroom needs to be checked for mold and needs waterproof paint.
Wifi was available in our room, breakfast was good. Location is close to everything .
No air conditioning! Despite it being advertised so. When I asked the staff member he said there was central air conditioning, but it was too hot in our room, so I don't believe it!
We didn't get dinner, in turn the service was half board. Free WIFI access was complicated.
Kind staff, comfortable room, located only one street away from the duomo.
We booked a triple room but got a double room with a very un comfortable bed added. Too small for the three of us and when I asked for the triple room was told I could have two rooms but with myself and two teenagers we want one room.
Location was fine
Staff was horrible. Service was bad. Manager is very strange and rude.
the owner of the inn was very rude, i requested for just a little late check out and he said no, just like that. I have never had such a bad experience in a hotel like that. I have been to over 20 countries and over 40 cities and this is the worst experience ever. the breakfast buffet was so little unlike in the pictures they provided in your site. there was no eggs not fruits which are basic breakfast items supposedly.
First night there was a mix up with the room, and we were allocated a double instead of twin. We insisted on a twin, so they put in twin beds, and then we moved to a different room on the second night. No hot water in the second room. We were fobbed off with an obviously untrue story. We had two nights without any hot water. The attitude of the manager when we checked out was unacceptable. Firstly, he carried on washing cups in the breakfast room when we asked to check out. We had to ask twice to check out and still he continued. When we mentioned the lack of hot water again, he shrugged. Very poor.
* Very good breakfast * Helpfull staff
* Room felt worn * Bedcover wasnt really clean
The location of the hotel is excellent. Also the personnel was friendly. We will recommend the hotel for sure.
Very friendly, good location, clean and next to Eby's bar that are making one amazing and unique shot. In the reception they can recommend you cheap places to leave the car. Thank you!
Location was great !
The man at reception was so not nice and courteous. On our leaving day, we asked hem to keep your bags until seven in the evening, and the guy said that because there is no customer, he will close the hotel at 02 pm. it made us walk and travel around with our luggage all day until the flight time. There is no need to say that it's of course ruined our plans, and we were very limited in what we could do. In contrast, his sister was once in the reception, and she is very nice and polite, and apologizing to us. she helped us with every thing we needed. the brekefeat was basic
Located in the central area, close to Duoduo.
No elevators. Have to carry the luggages up on stairs for two floors. The lady owner is not quite friendly and a little bit pushy. The house is old.
