Charming old historic building. Great rooms, with antique furniture. Wonderful setting in the heart of the "Centro Storico". The staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a bit sparse. A little chaotic in a charming way.

The house and rooms were very beautiful and tastefully decorated Lush linen sheets and towels Wonderful jazz concert in the courtyard Very posh

Service not particularly friendly: we did not feel welcomed and staff seemed put-upon by any requests Noisy - there was some kind of pump going all night. We never ate there, mainly because we couldn't figure out the system/timing of meals and it was not explained until the 3rd day that meals had to be booked. In advance. Overall it felt like a bed and breakfast or like staying in someone's private house rather than a hotel. Not what we expected.

building looks nice from the outside. Parking ok.

location quite far from the lake. Wifi poor. Not as dogfriendly as expected. Serving staff below average.

Excellent staff, also with resident hotel cat and dog. A free upgrade to a Junior Suite was welcomed!

Wi-fi signal was not the most reliable.
