One of the receptionists (young women) was very positive. Cleaning. Central location.

A bit too high rental price for 7 nights!

They had little living rooms in the rooms, which was nice. The bathroom fixtures were new.

Traffic noise, cost seemed a bit much for what we got.

The staff were lovely but the junior suite we paid for was not what we considered a junior suite. It was on the third floor with no lift, although the staff carried our luggage up the stairs. The breakfast was fair. Found it very expensive for what we got, even though it was in the centre of Sienna, but there were cheaper options. Felt let down when we saw how basic the room actually was and the air-conditioning was very noisy throughtout the night!!

The service was great and the locality to Plaza del Campo was excellent

Simple heritage hotel in a good location in the old town of Sienna.

No parking. The facilities in the bathroom are not in perfect working conditions

Only thing they need to change are the mattreses - toooo soft - bit like lying in a canoe! Otherwise really nice.

The perfect location (quiet street, yet very near the Campo), the cleanness, the thought and care that clearly went into the design and upkeep of the hotel, the home atmosphere, the breakfast (and beautiful breakfast room!).

Small thing: in a hurry, having told the receptionist that I needed a taxi upon checking out, it would have been better if he had called it before the check-out process, instead of after, so it would have arrived in time. But overall, I was pleased by the hotel.

Nice hotel in great position. If available ask for a room on the upper floors, great view. Good breakfast.

No lift

Liked the location and warm and kind staff. About 10 Euro taxi ride from the train station, and minutes from the square. Great view from our room.

the mattress/bed was very bad.

The breakfast room was so cute and the breakfast was also very good. The staff was very nice but not overly helpful. The location was very convenient to the train station (Ferrovia).

no computer to use internet.

The room was very nice for the price - good view, comfortable beds and well equipped bathroom ensuite, wireless internet, etc. The breakfast, too, was great, with a good selection of buffet items. The location - right in the middle of Siena, about five minutes' walk from the Campo - is perfect.

Room was basic but clean and spacious. En suite was nicely renovated.

Our double bed was in fact two single matresses pushed together.
