Very good location and excellent accomodations. The service was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for a very nice room close to all the great sites. |

The location was ideal and the rooms were very well decorated and clean; excellent bathrooms. Good breakfast. We had a couple of bad experiences that were probably due to there not being a permanent receptionist--he was doing everything at the same time. The worst one was when we had to pay and our credit cards did not go through--it turned out the credit card system was not working, but it took the receptionist a while (after getting upset) to realize this . The other thing is that we could not make phone calls because we were told we needed a phone card but there were none in the tabacchi for sale around the hotel, and the receptionist was difficult to find during the day. |

The room was very comfortable and very clean. The grounds were kept nice although we did not relax in the garden due to weather. The hostess and her family were very gracious, spoke perfect english which was helpful and provided good local information which made our stay great. She provided information regarding the bus routes, places to park if we opted to drive to the gate, etc. The proximity to Siena is perfect and the bus stops just outside the B&B. You could walk if you choose, but we opted to drive and park. Breakfast was wonderful, a good variety of items and there were small changes during our 3 day stay which was nice. I would return and would definitely recommend this to others. |

We love Venice and we love staying in this hotel! The room is very clean and nice, very Venetian. It is hard to locate this hotel but i guess if u r not lost, u r not in Venice! Try to find the hotel by looking at the hotel no. 489, it is very near to the Rialto Bridge and San Marco. Once u have stayed in the hotel, u will find that it is very strategic, as it is very near to a few alilaguna stops. The owner, Mario is very friendly and helpful. Eventhough he is not very fluent in English but he is nice and willing to help! Ohya, their breakfast is very nice too!! Try to make a day trip to Murano and Lido, wonderful places for sight seeing, not too packed as compared to Venice. We love Venice!! :) |

The hotel is very well located, close to San Marco Piazza. The room was small but very confortable (Plasma TV, air conditioner, mini bar). The hotel has its own charm. It was one of the best places we stayed in Italy. Breakfast time is too short. From 08:30 to 09:30 only. But this is a minor detail. |

The hotel is completely remodeled with excellent size rooms and a very clean bathroom. I stayed in another hotel the 2nd night for 60 euros more per night and the quality of the room was zero in comparison. Damp sheets |

Well located, Owners try to help as much as possible Near to impossible to reach with luggages (inside tiny streets, full of tourist). Dungeon type of house: again very difficult to go up with your suitcases. Sick hearts or disabled, do not even think of it. Room very small. Wi-Fi only acessible at the reception desk. |

The room was excelent, the hotel is very close to St Marco's square, and it was good value for the money. It's a little bit difficult to find it, but if you know your way around Venice and use the map, it's not very difficult. |

The rooms in this hotel are well furnished and have a luxurious ambiance to them. It's located at the epicentre of Venetian sights, yet is like an oasis of calm, as the rooms are looking out to a isolated courtyard. Liked it a lot, staff is very friendly, yet somewhat preoccupied. Staff didn't speak English, problematic to confirm booking. |

bathroom was unusually roomy, breakfast was good, room was clean and the decor was nice it was extremely difficult to find. We spent over two hours trying to locate it by foot. It's above, and part of, a restaurant name La Bricola. |

The location is absolutely fantastic! The rooms have all recently been decorated, and the bathrooms are sparkling clean with beautiful showers/tubs and fixtures. The staff was very helpful and changed our room when the air conditioning in the first room did not cool sufficiently. |

The hotel is hidden away on a quite street right in the middle of the city centre. It is close to St Marc square and to public transport. The rooms were very nice and clean. We really enjoyed staying here. There aren't many good restaurants in the area. Most of them are tourist traps. Luckily you can easily get to an area where the restaurants are better. The hotel staff only speaks Italien... |

The hotel is centrally located and the hotel's own web site gives a map so it is easy to find. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of continental breakfast items and Mario made whatever drink you wanted freshly, also offering second cups. Large screen TV in the room has hundreds of satellite channels, and there is a bar in the room. Mario was friendly and helpful. |
