Great location close to the north gate. Super views of San Gimignano. Great value for money. Nice staff, Good accommodation and garden was an excellent bonus.Five minutes to main square.Highly recommended. |

The view and location were great, however they offer a fabulous deal if you are a guest and eat at their restaurant down in town. The food is authentic Tuscan, best view in town overlooking Tuscan hills, and you save probably $50.00 by being their guest. |

the location in the middle of the old town; nice view and cosy atmosphere impossible to reach by car directly (cars are only allowed on city premise for loading/unloading luggage; extemely narrow streets; no access to the hotel by car - i.e. have to carry your luggage up the hill); staff is present only in the morning, only for a couple of hours; beds are uncomfortable |

The view from our room was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the B'fast was much better than expected for the cost of our stay. Can't wait to visit again. It was a little difficult to find the villa. It would have been helpful to have signs directing to the villa. |

Excellent location, beautiful garden, huge room with good sized bathroom, lovely rooftop terrace with great view of San Gimignano. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The sign on the door is quite small, making the hotel a bit difficult to find. |

relaxed and friendly attitude from the staff, also a key to the outside door so that you could come and go whatever the time/ Breakfast was excellent. No parking near the hotel, could be a problem and it is an extra cost. |
