Very nice agro-touristical farm. Most of the things offered come from the farming activities. Overwhelming variety of choices for dinner at very decent prices. Great home made wine and other typical before and after the dinner spirits. Nice and large breakfast. Hard to find even with several calls inquiering for direction, once there made a way point on the gps and than solved the problem. Over hot during August and July, plenty of moquitoes that are around all day long. Rooms and bathrooms rather small, old way furnished and poorly equipped.

The facilities for laundry and the communal kitchen were very welcome. Parking is good and the internet works well. The gardens are large, well-kept and relaxing. Breakfast is good. Heating worked fine. Our room was short on accessible sockets for recharging camera, mobile and laptop batteries. The shower was a bit small and cramped.

The staff are friendly though little English is spoken-beautifully situated with beautiful places to visit.The hotel food was outstanding -Antipasti,Primi, Secundi dessert coffee and licquer plus a bottle of wine and water all for 25 Euros pp.-all home made in their farmhouse kittchen where you eat with them and are able to see the meal being cooked.A delightful experience.

Un posto veramente bello!!! I proprietari sono persone molto ospitali, gentili e poi... si mangia troppo bene!!!! Adatto alle famiglie con bambini! E' in una posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il mare o visitare i meravigliosi paesi sulle colline della Maremma!!!!.... Ciao belli!!!!! :-)

Bellissima posizione in mezzo alla campagna ma a due passi dal mare. Tranquillita' assoluta almeno nel periodo (gennaio) in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Ottima e abbondante la colazione.

Ottima posizione e accoglienza. Camera ampia, almeno la nostra. Giochi per bambini e vari animali da vedere che attraggono di sicuro I bimbi. Ottima la colazione e non di meno la cena (abbondante) con prodotti di produzione propria.

Für Tagesausflüge ans Meer, zu den Inseln, ins Hinterland ist dies ein sehr guter und ruhiger Standort. Möglichkeit, sich in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Gästeküche selbst zu versorgen, gegeben! Große Auswahl an Kuchensorten zum Frühstück.

Die Anlage liegt sehr idyllisch, fernab von Lärm und Alltagsstress. Hier kann man es gut aushalten. Für Frühstück und Abendessen wird gesorgt. Die Anlage liegt etwas abgelegen, zum Strand sind es aber trotzdem nur 20 min mit dem Auto. Das Hotel ist familienfreundlich, liebevoll ist die Außenanlage gestalten, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

La Locanda è un'oasi, entrandovi ho avuto davvero questa sensazione: salici piangenti, melograni, fichi pini, una varietà di piante stupenda , il tutto tenuto con precisione ma soprattutto armonia.Avevo intuito il luogo dalle foto sul sito; dal vivo è davvero molto più bello. Pulizia al top.

La struttura è immersa nella campagna maremmana, ma a pochi minuti dalla costa e da altri centri di interesse turistico. Circondata da un giardino attrezzato, in adiacenza ci sono un laghetto ed un paio di aree delimitate per gli animali. Perfetto per famiglie con bambini.

La possibilità di rilassarli a pieno contatto con la campagna e con la natura, lontano dal caos e dallo stress. L'unico aspetto negativo è che non è posizionato vicinissimo al mare.

Ottima posizione, immerso nel verde ma a soli 10 min. Dal mare. Pulito e accogliente. L'unica pecca forse le camere un pò piccole, ma dotate di ogni confort.

Ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi. è a pochi passi dalle località dell'argentario per chi piace il mare, ed è vicino alle località della maremma per chi piace visitare le città. I proprietari sono disponibilissimi a dare indicazioni sia pratiche che turistiche. L'orto, gli alberi da frutto e gli animali completano il quadro anche per le famiglie con bambini.

Il posto situato in una zona strategica 10"dal mare 10"circa dai paesi limitrofi le strade buone da percorrere. La locanda potrebbe migliorare sotto l'aspetto qualità prezzo e promuovere meglio I suoi prodotti visto la potenzialità della sua terra, la gente la si conquista con poco dipende dai modi,un ringraziamento in particolare al sig.EVANIO Per come interagisce con le persone e per come ama la sua terra.

Il bellissimo verde che circondava l'edificio, ricco di piante e molto curato. L'unica piccola cosa negativa e' stato l'armadio, o meglio, l'appendiabiti dell'armadio della nostra stanza, dove gli abiti una volta appesi per tirarli fuori era davvero un'impresa piuttosto scocciante, per il fatto che non erano appesi su una sbarra, ma su tanti uncini sparsi.

Luogo per rilassarsi completamente immersi nella campagna maremmana. Le pietanze preparate solo per cena dai proprietari sono favolose!! Da provare. In 10 minuti di macchina si è in spiaggia. Unico lato negativo: le camere non sono per niente isolate acusticamente tra loro, si sente tutto...

La locanda è ottima soprattutto per le famiglie, è un posto rilassante adatto per staccare la spina qualche giorno. Stanze pulite. Molto particolare e bello visitare gli struzzi, le capre, l'asino e I pappagalli presenti nei terreni che circondano la locanda.
