The personal touch of the owners. The big room and the view . The great food served with grace
Forget scores and stars, just accept this place for what it is - a properly run small family hotel in a tiny town at the end of the road. Just relax and pretend you are there with Shelly and DH Lawerence.
They struggle with wifi speed, but so does everyone in Italy.
Loved the spectacular view from our room.
Wi-Fi reception was poor in our room.
Beautiful location; easy-going staff; beautiful and comfortable room
wifi sometimes didn't work
Absolutely everything was 1st class. The restaurant is excellent.
The perfect Italian woman to welcome the clients and to serve the breakfirst
the staircase to reach the second floor to enjoy the sea view from the bed room balcony
The hotel is charming and quirky, and in a wonderful position. Our room had two balconies with breathtaking views of bay.
Super set menus available with classic dishes. Attentive service, parking provided, great location, access to local beach, super village, excellent choice of restaurants. Easy local transport, boat and bus to other attractive villages and town.
Same breakfast option which although very good became repetitive.
nice family owner good chef
Super location, we had a room with a beautiful view across the sea. Lovely welcome , even though we couldn't speak Italian, the lady was so helpful. Nice breakfast, comfortable room, it was a bit like going back in time, the place had great character.
Having to leave.
Friendly reception in an old fashioned albergo in a pretty village; so said famous food was only ok. Parking in front of the building. Room was with a wide terrazza.
No lift in a narrow staircase. Seems time stopped since the late 60'; need refurniture.
Location superb. Side sea view room 207 good. Fell in love with Tellaro but would probably choose another hotel, a little unfriendly for our liking. Lovely mature lady who served breakfast and always seemed to be working.
Wifi only available in a small area in reception. Very little information given on arrival. Only info given was 'beach to right, town to left'! Not particulary friendly therefore did not eat in restaurant.
Great location with a beautiful view.
The shower was small but manageable. It has a very bed and breakfast feel and some may not like that you will her noise from other guests.
We had a fabulous room, #3, at the top of the stairs, with a sitting area and a balcony overlooking the sea. Really lovely. We used Tellaro as a base for visiting Cinque Terre and were very happy we booked for three nights.
Very nice accommodations with view from balcony. Nicely decorated and well maintained. Though hostess did not speak English, she always fetched someone to translate. Big shower bath. Glad to have parking available. A beautiful area!
Only having wifi in lobby was inconvenient. Didn't realize date we were there was a holiday weekend, so we failed to make dinner reservations.
opportunity to dine at their restaurant and another great great restaurant immediately next to it.
room was small
A charming village and a charming hotel run by a family who were friendly and helpful. Language barrier was slightly confusing at times but we muddled our way through. The restaurant is worth giving a try. Lovely location, which was perfect stop on our European road trip.
Sky TV didn't work well and no obvious information on how to access WiFi.
very nice and clean room, friendly staff
breakfast only from 9am, Not for early birds
