Score from 552 reviews Very good
Hotel Regno is 650 ft from the Trevi Fountain. Toss a coin in the fountain if you want to come back to Rome, most likely to this superior 3-star hotel.

Location, location, location!! In the heart of the heart of Rome but owners have gone above and beyond to ensure a quiet night sleep! Food, atmosphere, Piazza Navona at night on your door step, Pantheon and Vatican a 5-10 min walk, Colleseum a short bus ride! Staff outstanding!
Locanda Navona is only a few steps from the Piazza Navona so is in the heart of Rome. There is always something going on outside although is quiet when necessary for sleeping.
There are stairs & no lift but not really a big issue, very friendly staff.
The staff were excellent and it was in a great location
Only the stairs to get to the room
Location, Location, Location. Great staff great people.
The flight of stairs to the lift. But staff were there to assist
Entry hall stairs need upgrade. Initially a bit disconcerting! Ln could add an optional breakfast package fixed price at a local restaurant.
Location Staff was very friendly Room was clean
Wi-fi was unstable, and a lot of noise from upstairs when trying to sleep
We loved the location of this hotel. The restaurants and shopping downstairs was a treat. The piazza down the street was so much fun. And we walked to all the attractions we came to Rome for. We couldn't have asked for a better place or location. We would definitely go back.
The location really can't be beat. And I was really pleasantly surprised by how new the place felt. Very, very, very clean, well designed, and super charming. Friendly, helpful staff.
Please be aware (I was not) that there is no "hotel entrance" to this place. It takes up the second floor of a building that houses other things. You have to ring a buzzer on a big door that will most likely be closed and not look anything like a hotel entrance. And don't look for extra frills here. It is a fantastic place to stay...but not if you are used to normal westernized hotel perks. You'll get a super cute, super clean, charming place to stay. That's what you should expect here.
Staff was very helpful and the location was fantastic....close to Piazza Navona ...and within an easy walk of many tourist sites.
The room was on the small side, but very typical for European cities.
Didn't feel very welcome, owner not overly friendly. Very dark and unfinished entrance which led to first floor rooms!
Great location, easy walking distance to most sights.
No lift in the building however the staff are more happy to help with your bags.
Although a very small operation with no restaurant etc., the location is excellent - in a busy area but sound proofing great. Staff really helpful, room was a good size, everything spotlessly clean and cared for. Great efficient air con which was much needed.
The bed was not the most comfortable but perfectly acceptable
Great location near the Piazza Navona. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Challenging to find from the street. Multiple steps up in order to get to hotel, but once we got in, we were very happy with our accommodations.
Amazing location, clean room and friendly staff. The owner was very helpful, at the last minute my nephew joined us and I needed an extra bed. He was very understanding and made sure to add an exta bed in the room!
Excellent location in Navona area with lots of restaurants. Walking distance from Vatican City and most sights. The room was very clean and perfect for a family of four. The hotel is in the first floor of a building and it only has five or six rooms. Although the building entrance is a little bit old , the hotel floor is very nice, clean and well maintained.
We had a wonderfully spacious room with ample storage, very clean, excellent bed, and a small but well appointed bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful, holding our luggage for us and arranging a taxi to the train station. A perfect location for touring Rome, on a small street right off the Piazza Navona which is hopping at night.
It was just a little too close to the Piazza for our comfort, although the double pane windows were wonderful. I would stay there again in a heart beat, however, since in every other way it was superb.
Great location. Very nice and clean room.
Location is the best. The staff are friendly and very helpful
The location is great- within walking distance of most sights. The rooms were comfortable and fairly quiet at night with windows shut and air-conditioning on. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
There is no breakfast included. If you stayed here at a time of year when windows needed to be open at night, it would be loud.
The location of this place is excellent!!! It is a few minutes walk to the Navona Fountain, Comp de Fiori open market, Pantheon, and other attractions. Downstairs of this hotel is a nice cafe with inexpensive decent food and coffee; the street is lined up with more than a dozen restaurants ranging from fixed price (12 Euros) dinner to our 180 Euros lunch (do not recommend this restaurant; see details below). As one of travel guide books described this location: Rome does not get any better! It makes you feel the heart beat of this wonderful city! I enjoyed looking out the window for people watching. This hotel is amazingly sound proof given how noisy this street could get from dinner time into 2-3 am in the morning. Our room was very clean and our bed was comfortable. There was a small fridge in our room. The hotel provides bottles of water, cookies, instant coffee daily. There was a how water cattle in the room that you can make coffee or tea. The hotel also provide sleepers. Staff were very helpful and arranged our transportation to the airport. Our room rate did not include breakfast, but we were very happy with that because we could get our breakfast from the cafe downstairs or some nice bakeries within a few minutes walk - we enjoyed our own choices of breakfast every morning. Speaking of restaurants on this the street where this hotel is, we liked every one we tried except La Torre. This restaurant is on a corner of an intersection about one block from the hotel (to the left if you face the hotel). Their paste dishes were tasty, but fish had no flavor. My husband and I looked at their menu and decided to check out the restaurant next to it. Their staff said to us "Oh, you want to go there for microwaved food. Ha, ha, ha." That should have been a red flag to us - you don't bad mouth to your peers! But we decided to have our lunch at La Torre when we heard the word "microwaved food". We were not too hungary and decided to have pizza.
Our shower did not drain too well. We kept forgetting to mention it to the staff, who would take care of it.
Perfect location! Just outside Piazza Navona which happens to be liveliest square. Double paned windows kept out the noise of street below and AC worked great (although noise from building was still a little loud, light sleepers might need ear plugs). Staff were all so helpful. Loved being able to walk outside and be "in center" and we walked everywhere without much problem. Bed was comfortable, nice size room and bathroom. (pictures show it accurately) We loved our stay here and would definitely come again!
The location was perfect. Our room was authentically decorated and spacious. The staff was friendly. There are good restaurants in the area.
It was hard to find after the taxi could not drive us into the street
Beautiful rooms, good quality linen and bed, fantastic helpful staff
