Rooms appear to be newly furnished. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast, whilst not exciting, is adequate. It was not easy to find and the indicated location on your website was way out! It is right next to the fish market, which would have been easy to find, and very close to the Rialto Bridge so is actually ideally placed for accessing all the main sites. It's also very close to the waterbus stops on the Grand Canal . |

La situation.La dècoration de la chambre,par ailleurs confortable. Amènagement de la salle de bains perfectible.Eau à peine tiède.Douche au dèbit limitè! Chasse d'eau au fonctionnement alèatoire.Tèlèvision au fonctionnement anarchique.Petit dèjeuner scandaleusement indigent(cafè à peine tiède,etc...)Totalement en contradiction avec la classe supposèe de l'hotel et de la rèputation du restaurant. |

Das Hotel war verkehrstechnisch über den Canal Grande sehr gut zu erreichen.Es hat eine zentrale Lage ( nahe Rialto Brücke ). Das "kontinentale" Frühstück war außerordentlich spärlich ( 1verpackter Zwieback und ein Keks, dazu Marmelade und Marmelade, 1 Brötchen und 2 mini Stücken Butter und ein Croissant ). Es gab keinerlei Service, auch was Touristeninformationen betraf. |

la sécurité d'accès à l'entrée de l'hôtel .la chambre joliment meublée ,spacieuse ,lit confortable la "dureté" des oreillers..! le manque de petits aménagements dans la salle de bains :patères ,portes serviettes ,petite étagère dans la douche.la disparité des chambres pour le même tarif(3 chambres doubles réservées).hall d'accueil très petit pas chaleureux |
