Locanda Ripa Delle Janare

The view was amazing. the room was very clean and the breakfasts were great.

Nothing.

The host Pino and his wife were a delightful couple and gave us any assistance we required.

We requested a triple room with sea views but there were no views from within the room. The room and bathroom were old and tired. (Although clean).

The view from our room was incredible. Looking down over the Amalfi coast watching the eagles soar! Locanda Ripa Delle Janare is a great location for travellers terrified of the incredinly winding roads as it is only a short bus ride into Amalfi and bus friendly to anywhere you want to go to in this beautiful part of the world.

The road into this part of the world is incredibly windy with sheer drops on either side! Not for the faint hearted! The hotel is 2 min walk from the bus stop....just remember to catch the Furore Upper bus back.

The location. There is nothing to walk to in Furore, you must drive or bus or taxi to Amalfi. The drive at night on those roads is an adventure to say the least and then the parking costs in Amalfi add to your expenses. The food at the restaurant was good but menu limited. It is so quiet in the dining room that all couples whisper to one another. I believe a little piped in music would liven up the place and add to the ambiance / experience.

At Locanda Ripa delle Janare, from the first contact until the last, all the staff were so friendly and considerate. They were helpful, caring and kind. They are people that really genuinely care about you and not just your needs. They went beyond what normal hotels offer providing warmth and genuine care. We loved being there as it was close enough to the town & beach etc yet far enough away to be quiet and enjoyable. The food was delicious with beautiful views of the sea from the bedroom and the breakfast room. Will difinately return as we have made new friends. Thanks to the staff at Locanda Ripa delle Janare for the bisctti Napolitani. Thanks to Pascali for the lemons! We have homemade crimincello!

It was a great selection, do not hesitate to book this wonderful hotel, the place itself is beautiful and their owners make you feel appreciated, they know how to offer you a very professional and familiar treatment at the same time. Go and find out for yourself, I am sure you will enjoy your stay as we did.

Bellissimo il panorama e la vista sul fiordo di Furore. La nostra camera era grande, luminosa, arredata col tipico stile della costiera. Consigliatissima la cucina del ristorante, tra le migliori cene fatte in costiera che, tra l'altro, resta il posto più bello del mondo.

Niente. E' stato tutto molto gradevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo visto che la costiera amalfitana è in generale molto cara.

La atención personalizada de Pino y su familia es excelente, al igual que la cocina. El lugar tranquilo, para disfrutar. Recomendaria este hotel.

Cordialità, gentilezza ed ospitalità ccntraddistinguono i proprietari in questo angolo di paradiso.. Ottima anche la cucina.

O Propritario e um chef de cozinha onde pude desgostar uma excelente massa com peixe na brasa, comi uma lula recheada como nunca tinha comido outra igual , pedi para o chef preparar um prato de talhateri ao Pesto, excelente. Vou indicar para meus amigos e parentes.

Es war alles perfekt, Pino und Familie haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt, sogar ein Umzug in ein Zimmer mit größerem Balkon war möglich. Das Restaurant mit seinen Speisen war fünf Sterne würdig. Wie würden sofort wiederkommen!

Super nette und aufmerksame Familie, die das Hotel führt, Signor Milo kocht hervorragend zu moderaten Preisen, bes. der Fisch ist frisch und ideenvoll zubereitet, Frühstück für Italien sehr gut. Tolle Aussicht von Restaurant/Terasse/Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber. Parkplatz am kleinen Hotel, was sonst selten an der Amalfiküste ist.

I proprietari: disponibili a fornire qualsiasi informazione o aiuto, molto simpatici, molto attenti ai clienti e alla loro soddisfazione ... ci si sente a casa!!! La stanza è arredata in maniera caratteristica, vista mare, spaziosa e molto pulita. La Locanda ha anche un fantastico ristorante, in una terrazza affacciata sulla vallata, dove si mangia divinamente: ogni sera il menù cambia, e I piatti sono davvero ottimi e ben presentati ... fa venir voglia di di passare tutte le serate in hotel!!! La Locanda si trova in posizione panoramica, con una vista spettacolare.

La situation en retrait de la route avec un parking pour la voiture est très appréciable. Nous avons aimé le site, la cuisine et la gentillesse des hôtes.

Tout... Furore est un endroit idéal, au calme; de la chambre la vue est superbe sur la mer; la gentillesse du propriétaire qui pale français n'a d'égal que sa cuisine: nous avons dîné tous les soirs, c'était délicieux et varié. C'est un excellent point de départ pour sillonner les routes en bus Sita ou marcher sur le sentier des Dieux. Je recommande l'adresse

etablissement familial très agréable, les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute de leurs clients, très propre, excellents petits déjéuners en buffet avec très bons gateaux maison, c'est également un très bon restaurant, c'est l'endroit où nous avons le mieux mangé dans la région

la remarque ne concerne en rien l'hotel mais l'accès, route très sinueuse

Ristorante chiuso essendo fuori stagione. Risolto con ristorante adiacente.

Znakomita lokalizacja, aby zwiedzić wybrzeże Amalfi. Hotel położony w lokalizacji z przepięknym widokiem na ocean. Kolacje w hotelu bardzo dobre.

Dojazd do hotelu jest nieco zawiły i jak już ktoś wcześniej pisał - im mniejszy samochód tym lepiej, ale ta zasada obowiązuje na całym wybrzeżu. Spodziewałem się problemu z zaparkowaniem pojazdu, ale Fiat 500 z wypożyczalni zmieścił się wszędzie, a miejsce na ulicy przy hotelu zawsze się znalazło.

Bellissima posizione con una vista mare mozzafiato! Terrazza per la colazione e la cena senza uguali. Camera semplice ma curata nei dettagli e il tutto molto in sintonia con l'ambiente. Totale relax e tranquillità per chi cerca, in costiera amalfitana, un luogo romantico e unico al riparo dalla confusione. Servizio impeccabile: Ilaria e Pino, i proprietari, sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili per indicazioni e informazioni di ogni genere. Il loro ristorante offre una cucina semplice ma di buon livello: tutti prodotti freschissimi, di grande qualità e cucinati senza troppa ricercatezza per esaltare al meglio i sapori del territorio. Anche a colazione, torte e dolcetti fatti in casa. Secondo me è un luogo bellissimo ma consigliabile a chi puo' disporre della macchina: strade strette e molto tortuose...costiera amalfitana, che spettacolo!
