Very centrally located in Trastevere and easy to walk or bus to city (1½km) and Vatican (2 km). Easy to reach from airport (train to Trastevere station and then tram no 8 - 5 stops). Market outside your window but no noise. Clean towels and cleaning daily, lots of hot water and no broken tiles in the nice bathroom. Lots of good restaurant around - we recommend "Alle Fratte di Trastevere" 3 minutes by foot. We felt perfectly secure behind 3 heavy doors, but I would appreciate a small safe in the room for values. Perhaps also CNN or another english spoken channel (just BBC available) |

I used to live in the neighbourhood, so I love the central location. This hotel is cosy, yet tiny. Staff are helpfull especially in the bar undernieth. Small rooms, some people could be bothered by noice, but this is difficult to avoid in central Rome..... |

The locations was excellent, in the heart of Trastevere. The room was very clean, and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. I thought it was a good value for the money. |

the location was terrific, and the staff was very nice. Glad there was air conditioning I could regulate! I thought it strange to have two entrances, and a bunch of locked doors to each 'group' of rooms. |

It's location in Trastevere was a little out of the way but excellent for eating out at night we walked everywhere in the day. Monica the receptionist was very helpful and the rooms were very good for the price there are only double beds in the rooms so make sure you get on well with your room mate!.The staff in the bar at breakfast were very pleasent and helpful, this doubles up as the reception when Monica is not there. |

Good location for visiting all places of interest. Many good reasonably priced restaurants away from the expensive tourist area. Coffee bar and good restaurant next door. |

It is situated in a very nice place, near tram and bus station. At first that place is not a hotel, there is no recepcion desk, you enter and leave your documents, passaports in the bar,can you bealive that? They close tha bar at 1 am and if anything happens there is nobody there, than there is no internet in the room and we left out of hot water but after a few hours they fixed, and the staff don't speak English. |

We especially liked the location of the hotel: looking out over the Cosimato square with the narrow streets of Trastevere around the corner. Walk a few minutes to find yourselves amongst a number of the nicest restaurants in Rome or to cross the Tiber in order to discover ancient Rome. If you are able to walk linger distances, the hotel is a perfect place to stay. For those relying on public transport, please be sure to study the schedule for the busses and trans. |

Really great location in Trastevere, the coolest neighbourhood of Rome. 5 minutes walk to the center. At night always a great atmosphere in Trastevere and on the Piazza San Cosimata. Nice Rooms, especially those with view on the Piazza. Breakfast on the terras of the piazza is great! Only 1 croissant and 1 coffee for breakfast included in the price. |

Fantastic location in Trastevere-great for evening. All sights of Rome can be seen on foot from hotel-probably max 30 min walk to any of main sights. Room small but functional with added bonus of air-con. As mentioned, the room was rather small, but more than adequate for our 3 day break. There was a lovely big new TV in room but only Italian channels available (yes, I know its Italy!). Would have been nice if an English speaking news/music channel available. However, these are only minor things that I am picking faults with which wouldn't stop me from returning-mainly due to fantastic location!! |

Location is nice...right in Trastevere...you can walk everywhere(which is great because there's no Metro nearby). Room was small, but clean. Furniture up to date, everything pretty new. No actual reception/front desk. Someone is there to greet you, but after that you have to be lucks to bump into someone again. The lady who 'runs' the reception is very nice but totally overwhelmed with her duties. The rooms are very small. Breakfast is typically Italian (1 cornetto and 1 coffee at bar next door)- this is neither negative or positive, but I had to put it somewhere... |

Friendly staff, discreet, very local experience in a good sense, interesting Trastevere historical district and neighborough close to St Peter Square. Clean room. Plenty of restaurants around. Small rooms but this was expected at a reasonable price for downtown Rome. |

Location of the hotel is quite good and main attractions are within walking distance. The facilities were very poor, we tried to borrow an iron for 2 days but with no luck. The fact that none of the staff spoke any English did not help and we ended up buying an iron which made the stay even more expensive. The room was very small with an unpleasant smell coming through the bathroom window. |

Location excellent in the heart of Trastevere and affable staff were always helpful; cleanliness and facilities well above average Not really an hotel - it is described as rooms in the heart of Rome - accurate enough |
