Perhaps the most magical moment was our arrival in a water taxi. The hotel has a little dock that leads to a tiny entryway, open to the sky, that is planted up beautifully. Stepping out of the boat, into this miniature garden, we felt that we had truly arrived in a special place. The room overlooked the Venetian lagoon, and the view was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was good, and the whole experience was highly enjoyable.. Also, in the reception area are books (probably left behind by other guests) in English, which provided a bit of extra reading material when we needed it. The location is superb, a couple minutes walk from St Mark's Square.

This Hotel was on of the most expensive that we booked for our six week holiday. Excellent views but poor air conditioning that did not cope with hot hot days in September, unfriendly staff, door key kept failing, decor needed refreshing and updating

Superb decor and surroundings. So full of charachter and with luxurious venice style fittings. Perfect location for all the sights. Water front rooms have an amazing view. Clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast.

Limited restaurant and bar facilities. Beautiful roof top open restaurant but poor value for money and very expensive. No facility for a hot drink in the room.

Liked the style of the place, and its excellent location. Did miss proper restaurant, however, on premises.

Superb location (very strategic for airport vaporetto stop). Excellent value considering the rates charged at more famous hotels 25 metres away. Most helpful staff, who provided directions and helpful information on boat times etc.

Not a major complaint, but the bathroom had only a shower cabin, not a bath.

La douche est trop étroite dans la salle de bain et la chambre peu spacieuse.

A localização do hotel é excelente para passeios, considerando-se ademais o preço módico de suas diárias.

Sim. Eu havia pedido um quarto duplo, para uso individual, de frente e com vista para a Bacia de São Marcos. Na noite de minha chegada, foi-me dado um quarto inferior, lateral, sem vista. Diante de minhas reclamações, na manhã seguinte fui mudado para um aposento correspondente ao pedido.
