otelde bir geceleme ,yapıp ,4 kişilik aile olarak ,başka otele gittik, çünkü, internetteki resimlerde gösterilen, m2 ve otelin en büyük suiti yerine, fiyatı değiştirmeden, 4 yatık koydukları ,en ufak odalarında bizi ağarlamak istediler, bizde değiştirmek zorunda kaldık. |

Perhaps the most magical moment was our arrival in a water taxi. The hotel has a little dock that leads to a tiny entryway, open to the sky, that is planted up beautifully. Stepping out of the boat, into this miniature garden, we felt that we had truly arrived in a special place. The room overlooked the Venetian lagoon, and the view was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was good, and the whole experience was highly enjoyable.. Also, in the reception area are books (probably left behind by other guests) in English, which provided a bit of extra reading material when we needed it. The location is superb, a couple minutes walk from St Mark's Square. |

The hotel location is excellent. It is steps away from the St. Zaccaria vaporetto stop, and has easy access to St. Mark's square, Murano Island, restaurants and cafes. The staff is very helpful with suggestions. The housekeeper even noticed that we returned to the hotel drenched from a heavy rainstorm and brought us extra towels! |

Great view over the Grand Canal, spacious room, This Hotel was on of the most expensive that we booked for our six week holiday. Excellent views but poor air conditioning that did not cope with hot hot days in September, unfriendly staff, door key kept failing, decor needed refreshing and updating |

We really appreciated the service and friendliness of the staff. The location was wonderful as it was so easy to get to and handy for all the main sights. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory but not outstanding. The coffee was variable in quality and the toaster was very slow but the homemade cakes were excellent. On the whole we felt the breakfast was slightly disappointing considering the price we had paid. We would also have preferred a little more drawer storage space in our room. |

the hotel was very well situated and the staff were very helpful, the decor was elegant. The breakfast was substantial and of good quality. IThe roof terrace was a bonus and I would not think that there would be a better hotel in Venice! |

Superb decor and surroundings. So full of charachter and with luxurious venice style fittings. Perfect location for all the sights. Water front rooms have an amazing view. Clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Limited restaurant and bar facilities. Beautiful roof top open restaurant but poor value for money and very expensive. No facility for a hot drink in the room. |

Location is Excellent! Just in front of boat bus to major places you want to visit. ; Breakfast was good! But not sure about coffee... Requested a room by the canal but, on the first day, a large nice room was given but the darkest room facing to the hotel storage, which was a big disappointment - understandable though. Nice recovery next day, letting us move to another room by the canal which was a bit smaller than the previous room. It was chilly Autumn season but you still get some mosquito bites. Be prepared |

Superb location (very strategic for airport vaporetto stop). Excellent value considering the rates charged at more famous hotels 25 metres away. Most helpful staff, who provided directions and helpful information on boat times etc. Not a major complaint, but the bathroom had only a shower cabin, not a bath. |

Nous avons apprécié de trouver une bouteille de "prossecco" dans son seau à glace dans notre chambre le soir!La chambre et le linge de toilette ont été remarquablement tenus.Un jeune receptionniste a fait l'effort de nous donner des renseignements en français ainsi que des adresses et a egalement reservé un restaurant pour nous.L'emplacement et la situation de l'hotel sont très appréciables:panorama,proximité des sites importants. Dommage que la salle de petit déjeuner soit aussi etriquée.L'hotel a une terrasse au dernier etage avec une vue magnifique mais elle est ouverte à tous les vents .Pour l'hiver il faudrait en faire une veranda destinée aux collations et petidej |

A localização do hotel é excelente para passeios, considerando-se ademais o preço módico de suas diárias. Sim. Eu havia pedido um quarto duplo, para uso individual, de frente e com vista para a Bacia de São Marcos. Na noite de minha chegada, foi-me dado um quarto inferior, lateral, sem vista. Diante de minhas reclamações, na manhã seguinte fui mudado para um aposento correspondente ao pedido. |
