The Wildner provides a panoramic restaurant with a one-of-a-kind view over St. Mark's Basin, San Giorgio Island, and the Salute Church. St. Mark's Square is just 100 metres away.

This elegant 12th-century building was once home to the Doge Marino Falier. Just 1000 ft from Rialto Bridge, it offers elegant rooms with antique furniture and original paintings.
Score from 403 reviews Excellent
Hotel Lisbona is just 100 yards from Saint Mark's Square, and the closest water bus station is Vallaresso. Rooms are decorated with furniture and fabrics reminiscent of 18th-century Venetian style.
Score from 740 reviews Very good
In a central area of Venice, Hotel Serenissima offers a great location, professional service, free Wi-Fi and an Internet point. St. Mark’s Square is just a 5-minute walk away.

The staff was friendly and helped with recommendations of activities and restaurants. The room was spacious, the bathroom huge! Spotless clean everyday. We stayed at the annex, just 10 meters away from the main building. The breakfast was not the best we've ever had, but was enough to get us started for the day.
Nothing to complain about. We'll recommend this and will surely return next time in Venice.
Very friendly staff, very clean, excellent location.
the location, helpfulness of personnel, the room
the noise of the street
You can't beat the location - very close to Piazza San Marco and many of the main attractions. And in spite of the heavy tourist traffic, the street was very quiet at night. It's also just a 5 minute walk to one of the main vaporetto stops (San Zaccaria), making it easy to get to other parts of the island and lagoon. The staff is very friendly and happy to make recommendations. Our room had plenty of space and was always clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Easy to find and close to a water ferry stop. Short walk with your luggage. Be warned there are some stairs and no elevator. Convenient location to the attractions.
The included breakfast was pretty simple. It was something to eat but that was about it.
We stayed for three nights and would choose this place again without hesitation. We were greeted by nice people at the front desk which is manned 24 hrs. The location was an easy walk from the SanZaccharia station. Our adult son joined us so we had their three person room which had two bathrooms and was perfect.
clean, relatively spacious room in an excellent location. Fair value for money in Venice
smell of old carpet/ stalled water in the room. lot's of noise coming from the street at night (we asked for quiet room, but needed ear plugs to catch up on sleep)
excellent location very near san marco square and restaurants
very basic but we were only there to sleep and it was clean and comfortable and in good location
The location, being so close to St Mark's Square, made access to the main attractions exceptionally easy. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice, although the breakfast room was on the small side. The room was well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. We would be happy to return to this hotel.
There was a bar playing music outside our room, but this stopped promptly at midnight. The checkout procedure was very thorough but painstakingly slow!
Easy to find in a VERY busy city. Charming staff Large, pretty room with roomy shower. American coffee by the pot. Small outside terrace to enjoy your bottle of wine away from the crowds
I LOVED this hotel! (It is in the middle of everything so you do hear the occasional street noise).
This awfully remodeled hotel in the middle of the city. Very close to St. Marks, wonderful restaurants and a great bakery across the narrow street for morning breakfast. All in all we were very happy and comfortable. Truly a good choice
Loved the assistance from the staff. The room was beautiful and close to everything. The owners and staff were extremely helpful and gracious. We loved the breakfast each morning. The hotel is easy to get to from the water taxi so we didn't have to bring the luggage very far.
Shower was a bit small but we managed.
The staff at the hotel could not have been lovelier. They offered non tourist restaurant recommendations that were superb. Overall they could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had a great stay in Venice.
Beautiful hotel right new St Marks Square . We stayed in the annex which is right near the main hotel . Very tasteful renovation with modern bathroom. Thank you to Marco for great service and advice . Totally recommend this hotel .
We turned up here 5 minutes after making our booking, following an unpleasant experience at the hotel we had originally meant to be staying in Venice. We left there to come to Locanda Al Leon instead as the room at the other hotel had been in an appalling condition. The staff had no problem with us turning up at the last minute and had a clean room ready for us immediately - which was a big relief. A bright, clean comfortable room with air con and balcony. Openable windows with shutters. We were able to have breakfast served on the balcony. All members of staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful - especially with a problem we had had with lost passports! There was always someone available at the front desk. They made our stay in Venice very pleasant after a bad start at the other hotel. The mini bar was always stocked and reasonably priced! It's in a very central location which is great base for exploring all the different areas of Venice, beyond the busy touristy zone around the hotel itself and Piazza di San Marco. It was 2 Minutes walk from the Vaporetto stop where you can get a boat directly to Marco Polo airport. This is very convenient as it means you can avoid hauling luggage up and down the many bridges.
Great place, fantastic bathroom! Great restaurants recommended by the front desk.
Creepy location, but it was so handy to the train station.
Location was amazing and the staff was very attentive. We were able to drop off bags before check in and leave them after check out until our departure which was super helpful.
Wi-Fi was shoddy at times
Excellent location, couldn't ask for better. Very pleasant and very accommodating owners, thank you! The room was air-conditioned and quiet even with restaurants right outside the window. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. Wifi service was good despite the constant need to input the passkey.
Breakfast was just plain bad: disgusting tea, cappuccino - water issues or machine that prepares tea/coffee needs some serious cleaning; fruit was over-ripe, rotten, however many days old. Everything else that was packaged was fine. Unfortunately, it was that bad every morning of our stay.
Very nice and helpful staff! Perfect location! The room is really big for our family and even like a small house! Two bathrooms.
Very friendly staff, helped bring luggage up and down at end of stay. Great location, easy walk from St. Marco Vapporetto stop, very clean, breakfast plenty and good. Rolls, fruit, cheese, coffee, cappuccino, juice. AC worked great. Will stay there again.
Not an issue for us, stairs could be a problem for elderly travelers. Staff did help carry luggage up and down at end of stay.
Everything. This small and elegant hotel is perfectly located right around the corner from all the action. The staff is helpful and friendly and the room/bathroom were quite spacious and comfortable. An excellent value, including breakfast. My 23 year old daughter and I spent 2 1/2 weeks in Europe and this was our very favorite hotel.
Having to leave!
