I liked the decor and the fact that it was an old building converted into a hotel. It was also extremely convenient & close to a vaporetto. The breakfast catered for Anglos by providing muesli, not just a continental breakfast. Both my husband & I appreciated the fact that blankets were provided instead of the usual duvet, which we both find is always too hot. It is unfortunate that the hotel is opposite a bar, as the noise from late night revellers echoes in the narrow street & comes straight up through the windows. Fortunately, this was not a major problem.

The woman that served the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff wasgreat to work with. Ohe of the men that was on night duty at the front desk seemed like we were bothering him when we had questions about the internet.

Staff were 100% helpful on all queries we had. Very helpful in arranging a personal Gondola trip with the famous female gondalier(ess). Friendly and welcoming. Good location to St Marks Square, reasonably easy to find Minor, minor gripe, no english speaking tv channel like News24....a typical British moan!! Other than that nothing wrong with this hotel.

This B&B is centrally located within easy walking distance of most everything you would want to see in Venice. The staff was helpful and the breakfast croissants and cappuccino exactly what was needed to start a busy day. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom with shower, on a not-too-busy street.

Nice, spacious rooms; great location; reception lady was extremely kind, helpful, and corteous. Only complaint is about the breakfast: one single person serves all tables. Not that there are many tables, but you might have to be patient until a clean seat is available. Otherwise great place.

Excellent location, few steps from San Vidal and Vivaldi concert. Several restaurants in same block Linda at front desk was a font of info, but when she offers you a courtesy boat taxi to Murano you get whisked to a tour of a glass factory and to its shop!!! I only bought jewelry and prices may have been high. Breakfast was minimal, but the croissant and roll were crisp and fresh.

Very helpful and warm staffs. The room is comfortable and it is clean daily. The room we been offered was located at the top floor without a lift so might be a little bit of inconvenience for traveler with big luggage.

Good points - very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Good sized room, very clean and comfortable. 3Rd bed is a proper bed and not sofabed. Good aircon, coped well with the summer heat. B'fast was quite good - no limit on beverages. Tables were quite small. Use of pc and free wi-fi in the room. Hotel location is good. Not so good points - no proper shower. When standing had to hold up the shower. Reluctance to change towels. B'fast - pop next door to supplement with yoghurt and fruits (generally avaialble in hotels in other Italian towns/cities).

Very nice little family-like hotel in a quiet area, not far from S. Marco. Glean, nicely decorated rooms, cozy breakfast room (very good coffee). Friendly staff, Linda is the best hostess ever met. Perhaps too many steps if you have troubles with legs.

The location is perfect, very close to San Marco and just outside a good place for panini Really noisy between 8 and 10 am when everyone goes to take break fast at the hotel, by the way it is imposible to tell that is a break fast, that was nothing (coffee or tee, and cookies)

wi-fi in the rooms worked properly as declared view to the dull yard from the room, air conditioner was broken and thus we've got plenty of mosquitos coming in the night through the window. Breakfast canbe scarcely named as breakfast, there was tea/coffee with crousan/ piece of bread and butter and that's it. Location was not so close to the main square as it was described on the site

Situation parfaite , tout est à moins de 10 minutes ( place st marc , pont rialto ) , 2 arrêts vaporetto à 5 minutes , rue calme , petites boutiques à proximité , chambre propre et bien isolée , salle de bains parfaite . a recommander pour visiter venise , l'idéal étant la chambre "suite junior" qui comporte un grand lit et un lit une personne , comme ça on est certain d'avoir une grande chambre !! ( ce qui est rare à venise ) Tarif élevé malgré tout . Salle de petit déjeuner très exigüe ( 5 petites tables à 2 places pour 10 chambres ...)
